​You\'d think that the 5SOS boys posing butt naked on the cover of America\'s biggest music mag would go down like a house on fire, but as it happens their interview published by Rolling Stone last month left some fans properly pissed off. To the point where it\'s now been reported the band could be suing the magazine.

Cast your mind back to Boxing Day when we almost choked on our leftover stuffing balls as Ashton, Calum, Michael and Luke posing in ze buff found itself all over our Twitter timeline. The next best thing to a Snapchat straight from Calum Hood, right? Well, um, some fans were left annoyed over some comments construed as misogynistic; and the band\'s rep is yet to comment on whether or not they\'re set to sue the mag.

Luke Hemmings and Calum Hood\'s comments caused some fans to take to Twitter to claim they felt \'disgusted\' and \'disappointed\'; with Michael Clifford even denying he\'d said anything against Justin Bieber, explaining: "I hate when people include everything in an article EXCEPT the reason we\'re a band; the fans" [sic].

The latest? Well 5 Seconds of Summer\'s rep\'s apparently been contacted for comment as to whether or not they *do* intend on suing the magazine, but so far they\'re keeping schtum *shrugs*. WHO KNOWS?
