What is the name of the town that burnt down in Alice in Wonderland? (the Hatter talks about it)

In the movie the Hatter talks about a town that burnt down I think the Hightopp Clan's town au something, and he feels guilty because he was the only one that survived.... I can't remember. Well I need to know the name of the Town and why the Red Queen burnt it down. I would wait for the DVD but I have a Fan-fiction I'm trying to write lol. But if wewe can only tell me the name of the town that's great! I need as much info as I can get! :D Thank you!
