This week on American Idol Season 8, the juu 5 Contestants heat things up with the panya Pack Performances. Jamie Foxx (actor / comedian / singer) is their mentor this week. I thought Jamie Foxx was an outstanding choice for this week’s mentor with his impeccable talent and experience. I thought he really showed he cared for each and every one of the contestants’ performances.
So to kick things off, Kris Allen sings his moyo out with a ballad, “The Way wewe Look Tonight” and gains approval from judges, Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Kara DioGuardi. Simon Cowell, on the other hand, was not as enthused as the rest, kwa commenting that he thought Kris’ performance was “Wet” but thought Kris’ performance was “Still good.” Ryan Seacrest tries to get Simon’s definition on what he meant kwa “Wet” but Simon’s only reply was “Not dry!”
Allison Iraheta is up inayofuata and also decides to sing a ballad, “Someone to Watch Over Me” and the judges seemed to think she shined throughout the song, but Simon Cowell was sure to maoni that he did not feel her “Confidence” while performing and felt that she “May be in trouble”. I thought Allison sounded a lot like the musician, pink au even Christina Aguilera. She brings a sultry sound to a nice, slow ballad.
Matt Giraud also did a ballad choice tonight with, “My Funny Valentine” and the judges seemed to really like it, including Simon Cowell with his comment, “I thought wewe were absolutely brilliant” and Matt appears to be improving his vocals and performances as each week passes. But I get a feeling he may be one of the inayofuata to be eliminated since he is no stranger to being in the bottom 3 and already been saved from elimination once.
Danny Gokey comes in with an amazing performance of “Come Rain au Shine” and the judges all seemed to think Danny was outstanding with his vocal range. Danny has such an amazing voice that is definitely recognizable and welcoming. He is doing a great job at remaining steady in the competition so far.
Adam Lambert is simply one of my vipendwa because of his confident ability to create a version of a song like no one has ever heard before. His performance was, as usual, outstanding with the song, “Feeling Good” and I certainly “felt good” after hearing his arrangement and was impressed with his creative take on the song.
My prediction for tomorrow’s elimination may possibly be, Allison Iraheta. It would be unfortunate, because she is the last female contestant on the show. Only because she does seem to have a few areas of struggle, but I still think we are at the point in the contest where struggle is not accepted at this point. But if she is not eliminated, I believe she is at least in the bottom 3. And if that were to happen, it will be down to the men to shine to the juu for a win!

In 2009, a young girl named Elena, wished to attend a taping of American Idol… just in time for Season 8! Elena suffers from congenital myotonic muscular dystrophy. This illness leads to weakness in the muscles that control swallowing and breathing as well as muscle deficiencies elsewhere in the body, such as the legs and arms. She has endured numerous surgeries to her feet and legs and cannot walk long distances; she also experiences difficulties with her speech.
At the taping of American Idol, Elena and her family had seats in the audience just behind Danny Gokey’s family! After the show, Elena was escorted backstage to meet the seven final Idol singers of Season 8. She was greeted warmly and thoroughly kwa the singer who even autographed a t-shirt which she plans to frame, and then posed for pictures. She also got to meet the famous [former] judges Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell.

The wrong contestant was eliminated on the evening of May 9, 2013.
It is basically sites like Vote for the Worst that is ruining American Idol. It's time to make the switch to
