I agree with the_drs_girl. Let's move on from the classic "the companion is in love with the Doctor" we already got that, now for something new. And after the last ep, I think that was quiet clear :)

I thought it was cute in the Amy's Choice episode how some part of the doctor (the Dream Lord) wanted Amy to choose between Rory and the Doctor. He so loves her!

You're right, the Doctor/ Comapion thing is REALLY old but still! I LOVE THEM TOGHTHER! Probably becuase they ARE like mates, and I just love that, coz it's your mates that stick around even after you get fat, etc. :) And they muck around with each other and she tells him when he's being a tool. I LOVE Rory tho. But the Doctor loves her! And that doesn't happen often! And HE'S THE DOCTOR! He can have whoever the the hell he wants! I think he's earned it! And they are awsome together!

^ i think she was in love with Rory. In Amy's Choice it took Rory's death (in the dream world) to make her realise that she couldn't live without him. So she loves him, but she also loves the doctor too.

it's not the companion falling for the doctor it's the doctor falling for the companion u can so tell he loves her she loves him aswell but you can tell its the doctor falling in love with the companion look at he way he acts around her and besides who knows whats going to happen in series 6 they might admit their feelings for one another

For me it will always be Rory.

She clearly loves both the Doctor and Rory in different ways, but romatically it's definitely Rory she's meant to be with. She's chosen Rory over the Doctor so many times!
