Do wewe think the NPCs can die.

I think they can because everything else in the world that is alive can die except the things with a soul. Like the master of the river, from episode 7, is a fish, but died when it got sliced up. And the guy in the sekunde computer lab from episode 12 died. So he was probably a NPC because if he wasn't he would have regenerated.
