Plus I always loved Cordy, she was hilarious right from the start of Buffy! But for me it will always be Bangel, I liked Cangel but did feel, at least at first, that it cheapened Bangel a bit and seemed just thrown in for a romantic storyline in a way... And I always felt that maybe they were just too close as friends, that it was based more on a friendship love, which is good as long as that's not all there is, and I just feel that Bangel had a deeper, romantic as well as friend love, whereas Cangel didn't have such a strong romantic connection. Besides, cjr24 makes an excellent point about the soul-losing, and doesn't Angel say Buffy's name when he's dreaming about sleeping with Cordy anyway? Angel loved her as gis first real true love, but those do not always last for an eternity. Cordy and him grew to love each other, not really seeing it at first and acting on intuition, but htey became something more than two people who are just blindly in love. Their love was untimely and happened in all the wrong places, but it still survied. It carried them from one place to another and always gave them faith. Both of them. They were truly happy together and treasured each minute. They understood each other, which is something that Buffy and Angel could never do. This in my opinion is true love.
