anime club help!!!

can someone give some ideas for my schools anime club?this mwaka we have 7 but we want zaidi members!well we just need some ideas on activities!this mwaka we only talk about bila mpangilio things , make a manga but it took too long and watch anime at least one au two times!plz some help this anime club!!!!

Ask people around he school about what anime they like most. Base on that, wewe promote that anime and have some cosplay contest. wewe can even bake kuki, vidakuzi ( If you're a girl ) au make anime badge for them. Just like Haruhi Suzumiya No Yuutsu...
