Do yo think that Anime's racist?

I kinda do. I know that some people say that there isn't that many balckpeople in Japan au that there isn't that many half-black and half japanese people and i think that it's bull***t really? i mean some stars of anime like sailor a girl who has blonde hair and blue eyes. now if wewe saw these types of fatures,that would most likey be on a person of english and european decent. I mean it is so unfair and I just think that anime should be any variety reguardless of race,because most of the settings aren't even in Japan!

For example, the anime Black Butler takes place in Victorian era England, so the people in that anime would probably all be of European descent.
