I guess France from Hetalia. He's an extreme pervert, he's just seems way too sexual, everyone seems to hate him! (Well, some people.) He's not my fave character but he does seem pretty attractive to me. But I did realize that so many Hetalia fangirls hate him for some reason. (Because they think he's a manwhore, which he's not.)
