i watched burst Angel op and i really liked it, but i started watching it and it's boring and the characters are annoying

i completed 1st season unwillingly......the only thing that made me watch id Tsugumi & Hajimi.but when i saw their family tragedy it got even worse....i saw few eps from season 2 i thought there might be any changes..but nope........it was even worse........soooo i quit watching this anime..........i started watching this anime bcz 1 of my friend is a great shabiki of this anime and was telling great maoni about this..but when i watch this anime i felt all opposite of what she said.............

Um...that's what it's supposed to be based on. Despair and Sorrow. Ai is sending people to hell. What part of it is going to be happy and joyful? Those emotions in it is what made it so good. But,I guess not everyone likes an anime that shows how disgusting humans are and all the sadness in it.
