Post a series that was supposed to have/supposedly has a sekunde season premiering but it didn't due to various reasons

Burst Angel supposedly has a sekunde season premiering but it didn't due to (from what I gathered) Gonzo, the anime production company, having this tendency AND from time to time canceling certain anime series including their seasons
