It's tough cause I've already seen most of yours au ones already posted. I'm not sure if any of these are what wewe are looking for but might as well give wewe some options:

Lovely Complex- zaidi of a comedic romance but it has its cute moments

Fruits Basket- Not that overly sweet au sad but it has some moments. And might be too comedic

Natsume Yuujinchou- This is not short, several seasons long and it has it's adventure moments but man most episodes hit wewe right in the heart. It's not a romance though. But it's one of the sweetest animes out there. Slow paced anime without being boring. It is my number one inayopendelewa anime

Otome Youkai Zakuro- Once again, just has its cute moments. But ujumla, jumla there is mainly action and is prob the least feely anime on my list. But it has one of the sweetest couples Susukihotaru & Riken (but they are a minor couple)



Song is one of Natsume Yuujinchou's endings. It's just so pretty
