Yeah Romi Park does the Japanese voices. And I think I've seen all of these anime with the English dub so honestly i'm not sure how they sound. I just remember seeing this when I was looking up VAs a long time zamani for a foramu answer

Todd Haberkorn also voices Italy from Hetalia who has a super high pitched voice that makes him, as he states himself in the anime, "sound like a homo". No offense to homos everywhere.
