Was waiting for more people to comment before I did but it looks like it isn't going to happen so here goes...
Honestly, I like pretty much all of them. But my absolute top 3 favourites are: Lance (thought he was a necessary guest star, unlike some of the others; he was especially great in helping kids understand cancer a bit better.), Matt & Neil. :)

MortalAnonymous picked Art Garfunkel [Appears as the "Singing Moose"]:
He was just so funny, the way he randomly was singing in-universe, and everyone just kind of ignored him until, "Mooooom! There's a singing moose in front of the house..!" XD Plus I really liked the ballad.

Of course, Mr. Rogers wins for most meaningful visit. He was just being his regular sweet self and still brought a valuable lesson. You're never too old for anything. = )

FanFic_Girl_26 picked The Backstreet Boys [Episode: "Arthur: It's Only Rock 'N' Roll"]:
I like the Backstreet Boys the best, as they are pretty cool — especially with the songs Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely, Drowning and As Long as You Love Me, too. :)

Also, there’s the episode Elwood City Turns 100 — especially the part where Larry King interviews the characters, and then D.W. shows up:

Larry King: “D.W.”... what does that stand for?
D.W.: (in a serious tone of voice) I don’t like to talk about it.
