Basically. People ship Dawn and Ash because:
1. They high-five a lot
2. They are supposedly best friends.
3. Couldn't really care less about this sh*t and about Dawn so I didn't think this through.
But, thats just the beginning of getting it wrong. Really wrong. zaidi wrong than, say. that lame sum in Math which doesn't really have an answer.
The fact that they high five a lot shows that Ash is really comfortable with his hands contacting Dawn's. On the other hand, remember the time when Ash and Misty's hands accidently touched while trying to find Totodile's poke-ball? Misty blushed and on closer...
