ON the Avatar video game Into the inferno, me and 18wanda can't get out of the Awakening.Anyone know how?

They tell us to climb the ladder but we can't climb it. I needf a genius because we have been trapped for like ever!!!

We figured it out! wewe have to airbend in a vent to push the crate down, then wewe make an ice platform! Yes!
