I am in no way, shape, or form offended by this article, or your opinion. :) I wouldn't call Asami a "boy stealer," considering she isn't the one who stole Mako in Book 1. That was actually Korra, if we do look at that God-awful episode...... Mako did enjoy it because he's a huge dick that likes way too many girls and plays them for his own gain. And in Book 2, Asami, in a vulnerable state I might add, kissed Mako when he was SINGLE..... which is a huge difference from Book 1. But Mako also enjoyed that as he willingly ran back to Asami. The more I analyze these two couples.....Mako is a huge douchenozzle. I will say that I'm with you though with not caring for Asami in these later books. I adore Asami's character and I like that she isn't this delicate flower. I think that's why she keeps saying that she isn't fragile..... mainly because everyone kind of assumes that she's just this girl in a skirt and she can't do anything for herself. That opinion is slightly changing..... but she still has that "non bender" status so people in the Krew deem her as useless. Look at each book..... they kind of dismiss her because her glove doesn't shoot at a far range, or she can go be transportation and leave when she isn't needed anymore. It's so ridiculous the way Bryke has written her. But I'm totally with you though on the Asami forgiving her father thing..... I'm totally against that and I hate how Asami just forgives everyone who shits on her so easily, and that includes Mako and Korra too. She never stands up for herself and she always acts like she's in the wrong, when she isn't.

zanhar1 Well Asami can't steal someone who is hers. Asami was dating Mako and Korra [i]did[/i] kiss him while he was with Asami. Yeah he enjoyed it, but that doesn't take from the fact that Korra kissed Mako while he was with someone else. That said I place more blame on Mako for going with it and not pushing Korra away and telling her hew was taken. That's why I don't ship Makorra or Masami anymore. They deserve someone who won't cheat on them. As for the fragile thing; she only bought that up twice really. Whereas if you look at Katara she bought up the 'this necklace was my mother's' thing all the the time. Asami also brings it up when people tell her she can't come with them because she's a non-bender. It seems like some of the characters do need the reminder. I guess I can understand the whole emotional thing. Sato is more emotional than the other characters and to be honest usually I don't like her type of character for that reason. There's just something about her that I like. However I do respect her willingness to forgive her father, that's something downright deep. Anyhow thanks for being respectful about your opinions in this article and not making it all out hateful. And No problem.

Zukos_bride To be fair when Asami kissed him Mako was broken up while Korra kissed him while he had a commitment already not to mention they both knew Bo Mako's own bro liked Korra, when they kissed but I agree that Mako is more to blame he was the one with the commitment.. Korra was way more emotional (as in showing more emotions i.e. anger etc) in season 1 than Asami but she became a better person in season 2 & 3 while I respect your opinion Asami didn't even hold a grudge against Korra/Mako for what happened between them so for this I like her she is gorgeous/rich yet the most humble character in lok after Tenzin (and Katara maybe, since she didn't get upset with Korra for yelling at her..) anyway i knw this thread is years old probably, but adding in my two cents and yeah I have a few unpopular opinions I voice sometimes too, so it is brave of you to voice yours too in a respectful way, nice
