Chapter Two:
    “Get up,” Tokli was at my door. The sun cast a warm glow into my room. I stretched and yawned. I got out of my kitanda and then walked into the jikoni for breakfast. I could smell the ramen, mashua from the dakika I left my room.
    Zazu was already at the table. He had an empty bowl sitting in front of him. My mom was doing dishes so I assumed everyone had already eaten.

Chapter One:
    I woke up early. It was a nice siku out. Tokli was sitting outside on an
old fallen mti log. I walked into the jikoni where my mother, Osika was
stirring our breakfast. Yum! Ramen! I loved Ramen. Then again I had to. That's
basically all we ever ate. Since the war between the Spirit Kingdom and the
Element Kingdom times have been tough. My stepfather Hyshuik is on the verge of losing his job as a butcher. He brings nyumbani good pay, but zaidi and zaidi things are being bought kwa the Ban-Linians that are traveling from the Element Kingdom that fear for their safety....
