as we all know, there is no banner in this spot, we need a banner, and here are the rules:

1- the banner should be 100 or 150x800 px.
2- upload the banner in this spot in the fan art section.
3- put the banner in this forum page.
4- the fanpick question will be in 25/feb so upload ur banners before that date.
5- (Cinders) will put the banner for us not me.
