Season 2 is not a canon, the studio au whatsoever productions of that anime wants to make fillers. There is no such proof even in manga that Ciel's soul gets eaten kwa Sebastian. Season 1 half of the episodes 16 and above are not canon.
Trancy Arc is just a filler, Fred Abberline twin is a filler.
