As we have seen in the manga Yamamoto is stronger, Aizen had to create an Arrancar just to negate his Shikai. So if it came down to it Yamamoto would win. Even Aizen openly acknowledges Yamamoto's power being greatly superior to his own. Yamamoto states that the reason why he has been able to serve as the Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13 for 1,000 years is because there hasn't been a Shinigami stronger than him born in the past thousand years
I'd say Aizen. But, Aizen's strong in the form that he has zaidi of an advantage over Yamamoto. With Kyoka Suigetsu and all. But, I'd also have to say that Yamamoto is strong too.

× Yamamoto still has Bankai as well, and Aizen cannot do Hollowfication. Aizen alisema himself that Yamamoto was stronger thats why he needed help to try and defeat him
