I would have picked The Da Vinci Code but I actually never did see it, being so opposed to Tom Hanks as the lead. HPOTP disappointed me so much -- the final fight between Dumbledore and Voldemort was great but that was the only thing. It needs to be redone by Alfonso Cuaron!

That movie made me so angry, it wasn't similar to the book at all. Ella Enchanted has been one of my favorite books since I was in fourth grade. They added an evil uncle! What is it with Disney and evil uncles anyways?

I totally agree with you ktlady! This movie could have been SO much more but no they had to make it all 'cutesy'!

I was disappointed by HP 5, but I thought that it held together better than GoF. If I hadn't read the book, I would have never understood what was going on! And Sirius was barely in it... There was so much wrong with this one. Also, DaVinci Code was a disappointment.

I actually really liked HP5 (it's my favourite HP movie actually) but i have to say the 4th movie was SO SO SO bad! They totally twisted the book! :(

Aw. I loved Ella Enchanted. :( But I haven't read the book, so that's probably why.
Order of the Pheonix used to be my favorite book, before Dealthy Hallows, and the movie was completely ruined for me. It left me so angry, and disappointed.

i would have added soooo much more to the movie.. and dumbledore would have actually explained to prophecy to harry if i redid it!

my friends who dont read the books did not get it, and were like: who sent the dementors?? does umbridge work for voldemort??? is the department of mysteries inside hogwarts?? what is the prophecy thingy??

The movie wasnt very explanitory. I have a question myself as well:

In the ministry fight scene, what was up with the whole black and white smoke thing???? i mean, y did lucius turn into a black blob when fighting and tonks a white one?? like wtf, did i miss something in the books?

If they didnt show them finding the locket in the black house, how are they going to add that to the 7th movie??

Eragon was also a bad movie, but I never read the book. My ex-boyfriend and I went to see it and it was jsut really bad. He loved the book, though

Eragon was so different to the book! emirc the book is so much better! I was dying to see it for like a year, I kept up with all the latest trailers and news and then I only saw it once at the movies. There was so much wrong with it!
I actually loved Ella Enchanted but I haven't read the book so that's probably why lol. It's actually one of my favourite kids movies.

This was just an awful movie. I had to stop watching and take a break from its awfulness. I *loved* the book, one of my childhood favorites; it's still good as a teen read, if a little below my level ;)

But, God, what an AWFUL movie.

I hated Daredevil. I just can't stand Ben Assflick. The movie would be done better, if his funky ass wasn't in it.

I was furious after watching Ella Enchanted - they changed everything! It shouldn't have been considered "based on the book" at all. Now when people see Ella Enchanted on the bookshelf, they think oh that was that weird story about evil uncles, talking snakes, poisoned crowns, equal rights to elves/ogres/etc., and drunken fairies - None of which were actually in the book at all!

Too many terrible movies.

But I'd re-do Ella. I love that book and they killed it and tried to bring it back to life, but that didn't work thus they were stuck filming a dead corpse.

I'd love to re-do Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire very much.

The movie follows a storyline that was a single line that Ella said when she went on about how worried she was somehting like what happened in the movie would occur--that one line in a much better story spawned whatever mess came on to the big screen...but they do get points for having Cary Elwes, who starred in one of my fav. book adaptations.

The book was so great, but the movie was just cheesy! Nothing how I expected it to be. I also hated the Jimmy Buffet soundtrack.

This movie was so off. Ella is not an activist.

They where both such fails....so dissapointing....

I LOVED Eragon the book but they COMPLETELY messed up the movie!!!!!!! Someone like Peter Jackson or Andrew Adamson should redo it and actually do it properly.
I didn't actually KNOW that Ella Enchanted was a book... but now I do........

I had such hopes for Percy Jackson as it was *heh* done by Chris Columbus (Harry Potter 1 and 2). Buuuuut, it was bad. No offense. How will they do a sequel? I have no idea, they left so much out. :(

Actually, just Percy Jackson. Don't know about Eragon. Haven't read it, haven't seen it. Heard of it, though. My mom read it.
BUT I did like PJO, I loved it. It was a good movie. But I'd remake it just to shut everybody's whining up. Lol

I just said Timeline because its a GOD AWFUL MOVIE! and whoever would be in the remake would be better than that poor excuse for an actor Paul Walker.

I thought the cast was almost perfect but the script needs a thorough re-writting to make it more like the actual book!

HP & Goblet of Fire !! man, was I disappointed at the movie!! it's nothing like the book, so many critical parts missed out + the ball / dancing scenes stretched beyond necessity.
