Nothing, really. Once Buffy allied with Spike (sort of) she really didn't have any need to keep going to Willy for information. He's mentioned a couple of times in later seasons and it's kind of implied that he left Sunnydale in season seven with everyone else.

I think he died in season three episode "Amends". She went to for help and some demons attacked him. He alisema that would be his last night in earth, but Buffy called the ambulance, magari ya wagonjwa and leaves to find The First.
