This is a Wiccan sleep method,I have tried myself and it is effective.Its for the ones that dont sleep well au have nightmares (like me)This method is pure and wll not harm wewe in anyway if u choose to prcecced.

Not many take this serously becuase they do not beleive this these ways,thats ok,But it does work it has to me and a few freinds.Its has zaidi to do with meditation with candles then anything.

Now if wewe try this and it doesnt work dont get upest for scared that I will get mad becuase I wont,this takes alot of time and pateints.It took me four tries with this and still at times it doesnt...

A big heart.
A golden soul.
