Did some thinking about how many beautiful animated females there are so I decided to do an makala on it!

10. Allura

upendo her hair color and eyes! I largely prefer her tan skin as well, but the way her hair cups her face as well as her chin are the parts I don't really like about her face. Other than that I like all of her aspects especially her eye shape which I think is pretty under-appreciated.

9. Kida

Another tan Queen with light hair! I absolutely upendo her face shape though, her lips are so nice as well and her eyes really pop. I'd say the only thing that keeps her lower is her hair, it looks like a mop, like a used and cut-up old mop, it doesn't suit her face very well, but she's still so pretty. Her nose could use some work, but like I alisema nearly every other aspect to her is beautiful.

wewe know me, always making makala about people of color and their representation in media, specifically animated media for children. So I decided to focus on indigenous representation and which characters are good and bad representation in fairly well-known movies. This isn't in any particular order either.

For this list, I chose heroines that have heritage from a country that is predominantly industrialized because of the conquest of a foreign culture. Mainly tribes where they no longer speak their original language and there race is no longer the majority even though they are the natives of that land. The typical assumption of "indigenous peoples" mostly involving the Americas and American territories.

Side Note: If wewe don't like political correctness au really just the sensitivities of people of color, wewe probably won't like kusoma this article. Also this is just my personal opinion I really don't mind If wewe think differently.

Dedicated to UnholyNoise, who has patiently waited for some PoE MBTI posts for a long time!

Extraverted Feeling (Fe): Miriam is above all else, sympathetic to the plights of others. Her own situation looks very bleak and hopeless but she still feels for others. Moses hurt her, and she still forgives him and is willing to give him upendo and encouragement. She is frank and outspoken in every situation ("Aaron, wewe shame yourself", "Ask the man wewe call Father!"). She wants to help others and rather than making decisions based on personal values as a Fi user would, makes them based on what would be better for her people as a whole.

Introverted Intuition (Ni): Miriam has unshakable faith that keeps her going despite the pain in her life. She believes in miracles when most people wouldn't. She has no evidence at all that her faith will be rewarded- she just believes because she's an idealist. And her belief does turn out to be justified. She looks past the gritty situation- a slave life her people seem unable to escape from- and dreams only of the future. She is completely patient in...

I decided to create this list, because I really can never rank my inayopendelewa sinema into orodha because I'm constantly rewatching them and falling in upendo with them, then putting them as number one, only for them to play musical chairs with my other vipendwa for what seems like an eternity. So instead of doing an order I'm just going to tell wewe about my five au so inayopendelewa uhuishaji pieces of all time (in no particular order).

The Road to el Dorado:

Honestly ever since I was a kid this movie has alway peeked my interest, whether it was initially from the bright colors au the killer Elton John compositions this movie has always had a special place in my heart. I remember when I was in elementary school I would sing the soundtrack the way other kids would sing The Little Mermaid au Lion King, the soundtrack isn't nearly as critically acclaimed as the others, but it deserves to be in my book. Another reason I think this movie was so alluring to me is that the uhuishaji is absolutely gorgeous, the vibrant colors an art style might've actually been the pushing point of my drawing career (besides Disney documentaries of course)....

Hi! I've been on here for quite a few years now and have never done a inayopendelewa Disney movie list, I mean I have in my head but I've never ilitumwa an makala about it. It's always something I wanted to do but I always found it hard to actually put a orodha together as I'm so indecisive lol. I did a juu 15 instead of a juu 10 so it was a bit easier for me. I sometimes struggle to express why I like certain things, so apologies if I repeat myself a lot in the article! Also a few of these I like pretty much equally, especially in the middle. These aren't necessarily objectively the 'best' Disney movies, just my personal favourites.

15.Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
This movie is part of the reason I did a juu 15 instead of a juu 10 as I couldn’t possibly not include it. Whilst it’s not a perfect movie in terms of plot execution, I’ve always found it one of the most enjoyable Disney sinema to watch and I’m never bored during. The soundtrack, while not Disney’s best, is fun and all of the characters (maybe with the exception of the Prince- but I upendo him regardless) are memorable and timeless as well as the movie itself.

Well! This was pretty overdue. I wrote my inayopendelewa Disney Princesses orodha years zamani (which I am now less than satisfied with, and may need to rewrite) but have done no makala ranking any general animated girls. So this might be a bit long, but I hope wewe enjoy!

Honorable mentions:Eilonwy, The Chipettes, The Three Good Fairies, Flora, Tecna, Raven, Misty, Jane Porter, Captain Amelia, Wendy Darling, Pocahontas, Katrina van Tassel, Moana, Tiana, Lottie, Nakoma, Duchess and Marie, Marina, Miriam, Odette, Amalthea, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Neptune, Sailor Jupiter, Sophie Hatter, Lorna, Honey Lemon, Aunt Cass, Bo Peep, Barbie, Nala, Crysta, fern, kangaga Arable, Mrs. Brisby, Abbey Bominable, Twyla. (I'm sorry, I really upendo animated girls. Sue me.)

Traditionally, these lists have ten au occasionally fifteen au twenty rankings. But I upendo these ones so much I had to incude them. The only reason they didn't make the special juu 10 is because I just upendo the others a bit more.

I thought with the many claims of lack of representation in children's films as a PoC I should take it upon myself to bring some underrated sinema of different cultures to light. Granted not all of these are necessarily children's films, but they are all animated and I personally think every kid should see them.

I have each ethnicity I could think of and animated sinema where that ethnicity is well-represented. I want to build on this so if wewe don't see your ethnicity here please tell me, I want as many sinema as I can get with as many different walks-of-life! These depictions are supposed to be respectful.

Note: These are animated feature films that represent the ethnicity, It does not take into account where the sinema were made, but instead which ethnicity is the one being represented on screen. So for Example, a French made movie whose main cast is Arabic will be in the Arabic section and not the French, the on-screen people is what matters not the nation it was created in.

Hi, everyone! My name is Alexandra and I am very interested in fashion. Today I want to tell wewe about fashion preferences.

This is my TOP-10 inayopendelewa CAMH outits. This juu isn't objective and I don't mean that other dresses are bad. I'll be very short for them but I'm not much of uandishi au storyteller.

10. Megara's dress.
I really like this dress, both its color and shape.

9. Jasmine's purple engagement oufit.
Another very beautiful purple outfit.

8. Jasmine's red outfit.
I'm not a shabiki of ethnic clothing( this is also a reason I didn't include Anastasia's yellow ballroom gown), I prefer classic style but the gorgeous color of clothing and the shape of bracelet makes me upendo it.

7. Belle's pink outfit.[
I am indifferent to dress itself but this maroon cloak( my inayopendelewa color). And I upendo this white fur, manyoya and I upendo how it frames Belle's face.

6.Tiana's white dress.

Introverted Feeling (Fi): Sally is independent, and guided kwa an internal set of values that lead her to oppose the idea of adopting krisimasi in Halloweentown, even though the man she loves is doing it, along with the whole town. She doesn’t present a rational argument as to why he shouldn’t do it, but rather is against it because it just feels wrong to her, though she doesn’t impose her opinion on others. She doesn’t like the lifestyle Dr. Finkelstein has forced on her, but she still cares for him, and rebels quietly when she can’t take any more. Sally has trouble telling Jack she likes him, instead inaonyesha her affection through acts (bringing him chajio, chakula cha jioni and wine when he forgets to eat, helping to make his costume, going to save Sandy). She has a deep bond with Jack, even though she thinks he only sees her as a friend, and would do anything for him.

Extroverted Sensing (Se): Sally is somewhat impatient, and is bored being locked up all the time. She would rather be doing something, and be out with others in town and with Jack. She has a reckless...

Magic Mirror on the wall, what are my favorite and least favorite animated movies of them all?
This is like the third au so time that I've made an makala about what I consider to be the WORST animated sinema of ALL TIME, but this is the first time I've done it about my inayopendelewa animated movies. I've been meaning to make one about my inayopendelewa animated sinema for a while now and I've FINALLY gotten around to it! So I thought I'd combine both lists into one makala in order to kill two birds with one stone. Plus I think it's kind of fun to start out with negativity and end it on positivity. Keep in mind that this is just my personal opinion, so don't be rude. Please maoni telling me what wewe think, but again, be polite about it. Enjoy!

The WORST Animated Movies

10.Eight Crazy Nights

wewe know that wewe can't have a worst sinema orodha without having at least one Adam Sandler movie, though it's rare to think of an animated movie kwa Sandler. Thankfully, the Hotel Transylvania sinema are good animated movies. This movie has all the problems that Sandler's bad sinema (Which is almost all of his movies) have: horrible humor, a generic story, an unlikable protagonist, some good morals that are...

So I've been lately into classic mythology and literature all of a sudden and I thought it'd be a good idea to see maarufu characters from animated sinema matched up to characters from greek mythology.

Obviously i won't be using any characters from Hercules, since that would be easy, and it's zaidi fun to see comparisons with different things. I wanted to make it balanced and add also non-Disney, but it was a little difficult. I hope this match up is good, and tell me if wewe have some suggestions for some characters i didn't choose au matches wewe think fit better.

Sooo, let's get started.

1) Zeus- King Fergus (Brave)

The leader of the gods with the charismatic king from Brave. it wasn't that hard to find a good match up since Zeus stands out as this boisterous party loving king, similar to how Fergus isn't as strict as other animated kings/fathers. Of course, he's quite loyal to his beloved Elinor, unlike Zeus with Hera, but they share some similarities as being kings who prefer partying over work and can spoil some of their children.

Out of the three options for makala ideas, this was the juu choice kwa a landslide. I've actually been thinking of uandishi about this for a long time, but the rankings were always a blur until now. I was originally going to make a juu 15 until an error happened and I had to start all over again :( Also fanpop is pretty much dead right now, so I'll write the other makala when it's zaidi active :/

Honorable Mentions: Part of Your World (The Little Mermaid), Stand Out (A Goofy Movie), Can wewe Feel the upendo Tonight (The Lion King), The Last Unicorn (''), Jack's Lament (The Nightmare Before Christmas), A Whole New World (Aladdin)

10) Reflection - Mulan

Yeah, I've always been obsessed with this song. It's so pretty. I just upendo Lea Salonga's voice is the traditional Chinese sounds.

9) Welcome to the onyesha - MLP Equestria Girls: Battle of the Bands

Say what wewe want about MLP, but the Dazzlings get the best parts. They harmonize greatly together and they sound like sirens, which is what they are....

I've decided to put whether I actually liked the films aside to spotlight some films who have ladies as main protagonists (not secondary) so this orodha is not in any particular order. I am excluding Disney and Pixar since wewe probably have seen a majority of them. Sadly I am not mentioning Ghibli films because they are a company where about 90% of their films are led to girls so all I have to do is tell wewe to pick up almost any one of their sinema to get some leading ladies. I will also mention the Barbie films because ALL of them have female leads.
Note these are sinema I have actually watched so if wewe wanna give a shout out to another movie in the maoni feel free because it's always great to have zaidi ladies in our animated movies.

sinema you've definitely heard about because they get mentioned plenty here on fanpop

Anastasia

Anastasia is an orphan has been her whole life as far as she knows and after leaving the orphanage she decides to go to Paris since its the only clue on hand she has to her past. There she meets con man Dimitri who convinces her she's the...

I like animated movies... a lot. And whenever looking my inayopendelewa sinema EVER they do happen to pop up a lot. But sometimes it's hard to remember that the world of uhuishaji isn't dominated kwa Disney and it's nice to remember sinema I enjoyed that didn't have a big name behind them so here I am to share some animated sinema I upendo that are not connected to the biggest names in uhuishaji namely Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks and Studio Ghibli. also I am going to avoid sinema that wewe had to see a TV onyesha au anime to fully appreciate it so alas I must say sorry to "Kim Possible a stich in time" and "Gintama the sekunde movie" (while they weren't in my juu 20 I am sorry that those sinema won't be getting any attention at all in this article.)

{Number 20} Pilgrim's progress 1978

Did anyone else watch like old VHS cartoons over and over as kids? because I did and on one of the tapes was the Pilgrim's progress in Spanish and in English back to back. and I loved it. The artstyle, which dates it pretty well, still appeals to me, I find the songs soothing, Faithful was one of my first crushes and also the...

While I've never been one to spend hours thinking about who is the most beautiful character ever, I do admit I have my vipendwa in terms of beauty. I might have done this list, but I'd prefer to do it now again now that I've got my vipendwa cleared out. I add things like likability and personality aside from physical beauty in terms of how beautiful I find the character.

Most of these choices are in between conventional and unconventional, but it's mostly into what I personally find attractive. Remember that this orodha is subjective and it's all my opinion, so don't get mad if your faves aren't here.

First Category- Children
While I wasn't thinking of adding kids, I thought I could always still mention some whom I think have a very pretty design. Thankfully, they weren't many, for I wanted to focus on adult women and most animated girls i find just to be plainly cute.

The winners here are Shanti (from The Jungle Book) and Princess Eilonwy (from The Black Cauldron).

I'm still making a video (so wewe can see the poise and grace in action!), I'm just making an makala just in case my video gets blocked because Youtube is a bitch, so I'm crossing my fingers it doesn't cause problems.

I know not everyone might not agree with me, but the good thing about this, is that we all have an idea on what elegance is and I was giving points on poise, grace, appearance, class, how they act, and the impression they left on me. I needed a lot of help with this. I've asked and googled and this is what I came up with. I had a really hard time ranking the characters, so the final orodha might end up being bullshit, so this is the final draft before the video (which I can fix). While I know this orodha is bad, I'm happy I'm one of the first to do something like this! (It gives me creativity points which I value a lot!) Also at least I gave a good balance to both genders and used characters from different worlds. (Also I'm going to it two per franchise) wewe don't know how many times I had to rewatch clips of these characters!

hujambo Fanpoppers, I am doing a review on a movie I was uandishi that was expected to be released on TAY (Talk Among Yourselves) very soon. I have an excerpt from the intro of the review; it’s a very interesting yet dark fact-filled story of the making and behind the scenes drama behind Warner Bros’ obscure Non-Disney Film/Disney Knockoff, Quest for Calmelot.

When Warner Bros. Feature uhuishaji was founded in ’94, they have planned to make two projects to release for theaters, with the Live-Action/Animated Hybrid Film Space jam, jamu planned for the November 1996 release and the film adaption of the 2nd novel in Vera Chapman’s Three Damsels trilogy, The King’s Demosel (Aka, The King Damsel for grammar correction.) titled The Quest for The Grail for the 1997 release.

The film was going to be directed kwa the Husband-and-Wife team behind Ferngully: The Last Rainforest Bill and Susan Kroyer and planned to be darker and faithful to the story of Vera Chapman’s book, pitched as “The Braveheart of animated features with fighting and blood, etc.”

nvm that this has mostly superheroes. i couldn't find a good one of male heroes
The inayofuata part of this amazing series where we discover the world of my interests and inayopendelewa characters.

So, last time we talked about the ladies, now it's time to talk about the gentlemen. I'll admit that this was a harder orodha to make, because I do have a mental orodha for the ladies, with the men it's very uneven and unsorted. So I had to think a lot to get this orodha going, but I think in the end I managed to get something that works.

Well, let's get started.

15) Tack (The Thief and the Cobbler)

He's such a cutie! He barely makes the orodha but I could talk a lot about him. I upendo that he's the opposite of Aladdin, while Aladin is outspoken and jumps right at danger Tack is zaidi quiet and cautious. I like his story, of the underdog who manages to rise on top, and I think the story works well with him zaidi than other characters because he's actually quite humble and doesn't brag about himself.
It's actually much zaidi satisfying seeing him get up from the ashes and save the day, since he spent all the other time in the shadows, not wanting to be noticed.

I think I did this orodha a long time ago, when I first joined Fanpop, but since then my opinion on things has slightly differed. Some female characters have stayed on their permanent spot, while others have been dropped off the line. Some new have been added.

What is consistent in this list, though, is that in general i upendo female characters, especially the animated ones. When well written, I often find them to be very interesting and appealing characters (that may be due to me being a woman, but I don't want to follow cliched gendered stereotypes).

This orodha may go into personal territories at times, so I warn wewe beforehand of this If wewe see me starting to speak about off-topic matters. But these female characters also in a way remind me of aspects of my personal life and passions so I think it's reasonable for me to speak about it.

It's based on this kura ya maoni of mine:

Damn, making my juu 10 animated sinema was harder than I thought! I have a feeling that I left out some, and there are some I would like to include but it's been a while that I haven't seen them, so the zaidi appropriate way to describe this orodha is a rough draft of my inayopendelewa animated sinema xD It's just really hard to make a vipendwa orodha and give proper explanations. There many animated sinema that I love, but there only a couple that have stolen my moyo 💜

10) The Nightmare Before Christmas

Starting this orodha is my inayopendelewa krisimasi (or Halloween) movie! I'm not a shabiki of stop motion animation, but this movie is brilliant and has an excellent soundtrack. I upendo how it has an unconventional style and setting. The main characters and movie are still great! I can't help, but feel bad for Jack when krisimasi ended up being a nightmare. I wish I could elaborate zaidi on why The Nightmare Before krisimasi is so great because it's seriously a great movie! I actually haven't seen this movie until I was a bit older, but it gives me feels!

Much like my hivi karibuni Pocahontas vs Anastasia article, I'm continuing my sinema vs sinema makala with Sleeping Beaty vs The swan Princess. A little background is that both sinema are based off plays kwa Tchaikovsky, Sleeping Beauty and swan Lake. Although Sleeping Beauty is also based-off the original fairy-tale kwa Charles Perrault and a little bit off the story of Briar Rose kwa the Brothers Grim. Unfortunately, for both the Charles Perrault Sleeping Beauty and the original play of swan Lake, it ends in tragedy. Sleeping Beauty didn't wake up from her deep sleep from true love's kiss, it was from being raped. swan Lake ended with Odette committing suicide after seeing Prince Seigfried make his vow of ever lasting upendo to the fake Odette (Rothbart's daughter, Odile). Later Siegfried finds out and kills himself because if they couldn't be together in life, they would be together in death. However, over the years in uandishi and film media, especially The swan Princess and Disney's Sleeping Beauty, those endings have been modified to satisfy the audiences and give the characters happy endings.

Much like my old makala where I compared Ariel and Merida, I decided to continue it after quite a few years. But this time it's me comparing sinema that are similar, though not something I'm planning on making a habit of. So far, I'm just going to be doing Pocahontas vs Anastasia and Sleeping Beauty vs The swan Princess. We'll see where it goes from there. We'll be starting with, kwa maarufu demand, Pocahontas vs Anastasia. First of all, I'm not going to bring up the historical inaccuracy of the two films because that's just really pointless. They're not meant to be educational, they're meant to be entertaining, which they definitely are. Besides, it's not like they're awful sinema like the animated Titanic movies, which makes it harder to ignore the historical inaccuracies. Anastasia and Pocahontas have a lot zaidi creativity to them that makes it VERY EASY to ignore the historical inaccuracies. Plus if anyone thinks an animated movie is supposed to be historically accurate and educate people, they must be really stupid if they're depending on an animated movie to educate people. These sinema are meant for entertainment, keep the historical inaccuracies out of your minds because...

I would usually post this on the Heroes club but that spot is a Lost cause. Anyway, I'm really tired but I wanted to get this makala done, I'll have to check up on it another time. Enjoy!

10. Nightcrawler

To be honest, 10th place could have been anyone. It was so hard for me to decide but here's the trouble maker, Nightcrawler. Come on, ''chicks dig the fuzzy dude!'' and teleportation is the most useful superpower ever. He was raised kwa Germans but biologically he's Mystique's son and Rogue's brother.

9. Thomas

Thomas is not one of those characters I feel forced to feel bad for. No I genuinely feel sympathy for him because he's not self-pitying. And that's the thing, I genuinely like him, his character feels very organic to me. He keeps messing up but the movie doesn't go all ''Will wewe just look at that tortured soul!'' Also, he's voiced kwa Christian Bale!!!

*Honorable mentions*

* Princess Kida (Atlantis: The Lost Empire)

It is truly bogus that even though she is technically a princess, Kida isn't marketed as such just because her movie didn't do well. Her ties to royalty are zaidi real than, say, Mulan's are. Anyway... this woman is so badass. Physically, Kida can hold her own against anybody who tries to take her on au who poses a threat to her people. She's speaks a ton of languages, she's compassionate, she doesn't take crap from anybody, and she and Milo are equals in their relationship – he rescues her, but then it's her turn to save him – and her entire civilization – from being exterminated. What a boss.

* Nausicaa (Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind)

Disney and Dreamworks usually fill up lists like this, so I wanted to add my inayopendelewa “outsider,” Nausicaa, who is a Miyazaki heroine. This girl... she's got guts, first and foremost. She fearlessly walks into a toxic wasteland with just her wits to guide her. And she really is smart – and not in the informed,...

So, inspired kwa audreybrooke's makala about which House would be zaidi suitable for each Disney Princess (you can find the makala in the DP spot), I decided to do the same for other heroines!

Oh and sorry for not putting Harry Potter related pictures to all the heroines, I was just too bored to hariri them au even add a proper background that reminds us of a particular House (yellow for Hufflepuff for example, au red and dhahabu for Gryffindor).

Esmeralda
Gryffindor

She's definitely a Gryffindor! Esmeralda is very fiery, passionate, brave, to the point of being reckless, and a fighter. She's not afraid of speaking her mind and she is willing to get into trouble in order to defend her friends. She can act without thinking of the consequences (like for example in the Festival of Fools where she stood to Frollo and she actually dared to mock him in front of all these people). She also appears very confident, playful and kinda cocky, especially during her dance in the Festival of Fools.
