Ummm…problem? My science teacher keeps taking God's name in vain…

i dislike your teacher, no matter how good of a person she tries to be, wewe can never be good while you're discriminating against other people, she should know that there are Christians in class, students already have to deal with discrimination from other students and should not have to put up with it from the teacher, she should grow up and get a life.
just simply (if wewe think wewe are brave enough) go up to the teacher and respectfully explain to her that wewe are a Christian and what she is doing is very disrespectful, i wish wewe good luck in dealing with the situation and hopefully if things work out wewe might not have to deal with it for a whole three terms :)
just tell her in a very nice way that she is ruining science class for you, wewe don't have to put up with this, lol, idk XD

If it really bothers wewe just tell the teacher after class au something that it bothers you, because if wewe don't say anything then the teacher could think that no one is offended. But if the teacher doesn't take noticed to your complaint then just pray for them, I mean the teacher can freely express how they feel. Just be respectful when wewe confront your teacher.

1. Pray about it. Ask God to give wewe wisdom and things to say to your teacher. Ask for courage to speak up.
2. Ask some Christian Marafiki to pray for you. God even says: 'Where two au three come together in My name, there am I with them.'
3. Be prepared for anything. wewe can expect to be ridiculed for standing up for what wewe believe in. This is called persecution. But be comforted kwa the fact that blessings come from this.
4. Say ONLY what God tells wewe to say. wewe must let God, and only God tell wewe what to say. Rely on his strength. Say what He tells wewe to say.
5. Don't expect overnight changes. Things don't happen overnight. Sometimes God will make them, but often things change slowly.
6. Remember that it is NOT wewe who is being insulted. When people use God's name in vain, they are not insulting you. No, they are insulting the Sovereign Lord, the Righteous Judge and Creator of all Things. So just let it roll of your back and onto God. He will deal with her. He will just use wewe as a tool.

wewe don't necessarily have to do it in that order. But praying is the best way to start. Hope this helps! I'll be praying for you. :)

I'm pretty sure that breaks the rules of Professional Conduct, which means she could get reported for it.

My advice would be to calmly talk to the teacher after class. Tell her this behavior is offensive and makes wewe uncomfortable and (politely) ask her if she could refrain from doing that in the class room. If it doesn't stop, I'd go to a higher up (the principle, for example), and explain the situation to them.

it doesnt matter who wewe are, au what wewe believe in, it is utterly disrespectful to critisize a religion without even beginning to understand it! especially if there are people who may be of that religion present. so she is making fun of god is she? who is she to judge the father?? god created her, not the other way round. she learn to too look at herself, before judging others based on what they believe in. not of us are perfect, far from it. but god doesnt care, because he loves us all anyway, and she should try to look into this, and quit being so judgemental!

Well if wewe know kwa your moyo to tell her not disrespect, than wewe should do it... If she continues to do it, than just ignore it.

I had a English teacher at my College who often alisema things like "What the Hell" and "Oh my God", among other profanities. It was upsetting to me, so I respectfully went over and talked with him, explaining my problem with him using those words.

He was very understanding of my position, and never used them for the rest of the semester.


I'm not saying anyone's teacher WILL be understanding, au respect your request, but it's always a possibility, and your chances are higher as long as you
1. Actually talk to them
and
2. Speak respectfully regardless of their answer.

Even if wewe are turned down initially, your good attitude may influence them to be zaidi considerate.
