Is it all right?

Honey wewe can't base getting to Heaven on what wewe have, what wewe say, kwa what your preacher says, au anything. The only thing wewe can base your salvation on is kwa the Holy Spirit telling wewe and leading wewe to get saved, then after wewe realize your Lost and wewe need God, ask Him to come into your moyo and save you. Once this is done it DOES NOT matter what wewe do, wewe can NEVER lose your salvation.

Maybe what wewe collect isn't the greatest thing but it wont take wewe to hell. The only thing thats going to take wewe there is your sins, and like I alisema before wewe can be saved from them. Just trust in Jesus and ask Him to save you.

It brakes me moyo when I hear people who ask maswali like this, just because I want them to see the truth and I want them to be saved. The Bible says in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER shall believe on Him shall have everlasting life."

I know how wewe feel. I upendo it here on fanpop! It's a swali of is God #1 in your life, au is the anime/manga #1. Almighty God is a jealous God. He commands that He is FIRST in your mind, heart, and spirit. I have learned over the years that a false god can be ANYTHING that takes over your mind, heart, and spirit.

Oh no no no no NO, that won't send wewe to hell! Gosh, NO...

Remember it's never about what wewe do, but what GOD does. If wewe truly know and upendo Jesus as your Savior and are truly born-again, then you've got a special reservation at the banquet meza, jedwali for sure. And nothing can take that away. ^__^

Having alisema that, it is important to be mindful of what we watch and listen to and make sure that we're living in a way that pleases God. Every book, song, movie and TV onyesha has a message, and those messages affect our lives whether we're aware of it au not. So while it's good that wewe upendo anime/manga and enjoy collecting it, it'd probably be good to look twice at the content of each series. I don't believe anime/manga itself is evil au "of the devil", but I do know that it has a very dark side to it. wewe don't have to tafuta too far to find lots of sex, violence, witchcraft and dark/demonic themes in the genre. So I don't recommend getting too deep into it. Satan will get in at any loophole he can find, wewe know. Be cautious.

On the other hand, I know that anime/manga can be a wonderful form of storytelling, and there are many series out there that are really good and have a lot of positive, uplifting messages. So let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater.

A perfect example of this would be Fullmetal Alchemist, the series that converted me from anime-hater to anime-appreciator. ^__^ The main reason why I upendo it and feel comfortable loving it is because it fits well into the Philippians 4:8 glove ("Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent au praiseworthy - think about these things.")

The characters in it and the relationships they all have with each other are so deep and meaningful and wonderful, and the ujumla, jumla themes are thought-provoking and inspiring: love, hope, selflessness, mercy, humanity, the sanctity of life, finding redemption and doing the right thing...those are all things that line up exactly with what I know as a Christian. And not only that, but the "alchemy" in FMA isn't occultic in any way. It's treated strictly as a science. So I don't have any uncomfortable "Harry Potter" niggles going on in my mind when I read/watch it. =P

So yeah...when in doubt, try on the Philippians 4:8 glove. That's my advice. I'll quit rambling now. xD
