Jace - Alex Pettyfer ( yes i know he turned it down but still in my head, perfect)

Clary- Bonnie Wright

Jocelyn- Karen Gillian ( would be great for clary but she's 24 so a little to old :( )

Isabelle- Michelle Trachenberg

Maryse- Amy Lee ( good looking and could kick your ass, would be great for isabelle but considering she's 30...)

Valentine- Jason Isaacs

Yes! Alex Pettyfer is what I have always imagined Jace to look like. I'm sure Jamie is a really good actor and a nice guy but to me he isn't Jace Wayland. And I think Karen Gillian would make the perfect Clary, I also would love for Gemma Arterton to play Isabelle as she showed in Hansel and Gretel that she is kick arse and looks great in black shadow hunter gear.
