Do 21st-century era sinema such as The Princess and the Frog deserve the same respect amongst mashabiki as classic/Renaissance Disney movies?

Disney not perfect, they can't always make mind blowing sinema all the time,They do still make amazing sinema though, like toy story trilogy, wall-e, Ratatouille, those sinema was one of the best movie in their mwaka and I think in the inayofuata 10-20 years they can be labeled as great classic movies, but I don't think princess and the frog,tangled au cars can be the same level as them, I'm sorry but those movie missing something special, maybe our grandchildren can see them as classic but that just because it was old movie in their eyes

What I consider classic Disney sinema are the sinema that make me feel like a kid again watching them. When I first sat down to watch The Princess and The Frog, I felt like I was 7 again. Same thing with Tangled, although I'd have like it zaidi if it were made in 2D style like the older movies. They don't have to be vichekesho vya muziki either, I upendo Atlantis the Lost Empire.

I have never met a Disney movie I haven't fallen in upendo with. Tangled, the Princess and the Frog, Cars? I don't understand how someone couldn't upendo them. I smile like an idiot the whole time I watch them. I have a big family and all my little cousins upendo these movies, I'm not little, I've been around for a while now and I upendo thse movies. I'm disapointed Disney has discontinued their princess line, now I think they might start making some trash, if they are anything like the shows on Disney channel right now. I think Disney is making beautiful, enchanting, good old fashioned fun movies, and these new sinema deserve just as much respect as the Classics, because in my mind, they are Classics.

I upendo most all Disney movies. I hold all Disney sinema in respect. I upendo Tangled and The Princess and the Frog. I think they were well done and utilized a new form of animation. I think that the 21st century era sinema are just as good as the classic/renaissance ones. There are sinema from both eras that could have been better. I personally am not crazy about Toy Story and some of the other Pixar films (but think they are good) and other ones I like a lot. I think the new upcoming film Brave looks really good. I think there are good and bad sinema regardless of time and company. I think it all has to do with personal choice and what wewe think of the movies.

the sinema are horrible some shows they have aren't even their own but do to the quickly rising number of kingdom hearts fans(including Voltaire)

While Disney has had some great sinema since the Classics, they aren't classics to me. When I think Disney Classics I think Cinderella, Snow White, Little Mermaid, etc. The sinema I grew up on those are classics because if wewe think about it they've been out for years and yet they are still as maarufu as ever. Honestly if wewe look at statistics The Princess and the Frog didn't make that much money, neither Tangled. Yet Cinderella, Snow White, Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty continue to remain on top. Maybe one siku the newer Disney sinema will be classics but they just aren't there yet. But Disney is not going downhill, they are doing great.

Tangled and The Princess and the Frog aren't classics. Yet, They may be some day, but for now it's not. It;s like books. After some amount of time, if people still have a place for them in their heart, they become a classic. I think if we just give them some time, they'll become classics.

Disney is not going downhill. It's just not producing as sinema as it used to. But the sinema they do put out are good. Disney is something that will live on well beyond any of us.

well the 21th centuy Disney sinema deserve respect. they are great movies, for the younger and the older generation. But in my opinion the Disney magic from the classic sinema is not there anymore. The precision and the upendo behind the story is missing.

I think that if "Princess and the Frog" had been made and released say, 15 au 20 years ago, it would have been zaidi successful and fit in perfectly with the hand-drawn films Disney was making at that time. Today, the target audience has grown up on Pixar. Part of it was marketing that made it less successful. I didn't like PotF quite as much as the Disney Renaissance films (Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Lion King) but part of it was plot related, not quality of animation. There was a lack of memorable songs, though. I think PotF does deserve respect, and would like to see zaidi uhuishaji like it in the future, princess au not.

i think they do because sinema like atlantis:the Lost empire,lilo and stitch,treasure planet,the princess and the frog and Tangled still have that magical Disney feeling.
