Do wewe like that the CM characters call each other kwa their last names(most of the time). I think the characters all have last names that sound good to call each other kwa regularly, some almost sound like first names anyway, like Reid au Morgan.

Hotchner doesn't sound good like the others but Hotch is a good nickname
