Afew months later, Spencer was finally free of his nightmares-for good! He was finally on some meds to help get rid of them. He never had to keep a journal again. The best part is, he slept all through the night at night. Everyone at the BAU was releaved. Especially Derek. After the case in Sacramento, Derek made a promise to Spencer that he'd always listen. Somehow, Spencer already knew that.

No zaidi nightmares about Mrs. Reid, JJ, Maeve, anyone. Spencer felt like he was free for the first time in forever. He was just glad to be living his life again. He was back to his old self. Even though, everyone got annoyed with the doc's antics, they were all glad he was back to normal. And, everyone liked him that way. Things were definitely looking up. For the better.

I'm a huge Criminal Minds fan, and I recently discovered this set of viewer's guides. Although they only go through Season 6 as of now, they're incredibly helpful and they make watching the onyesha even better.

One of the best part of Criminal Minds is the way episodes often bleed into other episodes, but this can also be confusing if you've missed an episode here au there. That's when these guides come in handy.

Even if you're an avid shabiki who never misses an episode, these guides provide tons of great information, summaries, and little known facts that make for a better Criminal Minds viewing experience!
