I felt sorry for Sarah Danlin of Jones, Owen Savage of Elephant's Memory, Steven Fitzgerald of In Heat, Megan Kane of Pleasure Is My Business, Adam Jackson of Conflicted, and Vincent of The Big Wheel, too.

Good point, but they killed innocent people, Jonny only killed the murdering raping scum that killed his girl and left him for dead.

That's true, but I still felt sorry because of why they killed, like Sarah Danlin killing the men that were like the men who raped her.

Yes, some of the suspects invoke some empathy and understanding and even pity and sadness like for Sarah cuz of what happened to her, but these were still innocent people that were killed. I don't get or forgive why people kill those that seem like or look like those they really want to hurt, it's messed up and displaced but I guess certain damaged and messed up and abused psyches can go there.
I have total empathy for what happened to the poor unsubs you mentioned but not for what they did.

Yeah, I guess some of them are so damaged that when they see someone who reminds them of someone who hurt them, they can't help but to hate them. They get so set off and have to do something. They're just messed up because of whatever hurt them and being reminded just makes it worse.

I do agree that you can feel bad for why they kill people, but I don't think anyone could truly understand how they were feeling and exactly why they killed the people that they did. I think that unless you are in the state of mind that they are, you'll never know how you would react.

Yes, but it is still wrong to kill the innocent people, and I say again I have no empathy for that. No matter what they were thinking or feeling at the time there is no excuse for what they did - a reason maybe, but no excuse.

I agree. I think it's very wrong to kill innocent people, but I could still see why they did it based on what state of mind they were in. Like you said, it's a reason and not an excuse.

Anna-Wee picked Yes, but I did not empathized with McHale:
Tobias Hankle and Adam Jackson.
I feel bad for multiple personalities bec they aren't exactly the ones commiting the crime.

Good point Anna-Wee - it is a little harder to empathize at first for them though cuz you see the actual person commiting the crimes and we don't know of the multiple personalities at first. Also the lady in Agnes_Howlett's pick wasn't really guilty(so we're led to believe) and she let herself be put to death to protect her son(the cello player), her husband totally was totally guilty, though.
