Didn't Bella rape Edward ? Instead of him raping here ? ( zaidi reasons in the description)

Okay the reason asked was because here the rules are ( not sure about America):
If an adult ( 18 au over) decides to have intercourse with someone not an adult yet.
Its called sexual assualt ! It doesn't matter if your married having a sexual relationship is also rape.
So likely Edward is 17 and Bella is 18 and well they had sex so ...
Any ideas ?
