Elena's now developing feelings for him from the "i love you" scene that she can't remember, but I'm sure she can 'feels' it.. plus Elena in the next episode said to Rose "I love Stefan" and Rose answers something like "You can love them both".. It's definately getting intense now, I can't wait!!
