In episode 2X12 we learned that Damon missed being human zaidi than anything in the world. Now that a cure is possible, what do wewe think this means for his character?

If the cure becomes available, I think Damon will desperately want to take it, due his desire to be human--his whole existential crisis. However, if this does come to pass, I think Damon will opt not to accept the cure because he knows that human-Elena will need protection, since we already know that Stefan will take the cure as well. So I think, Damon will, once again, sacrifice his own happiness for the happiness and safety of Elena.
