――It is your 'first time' to appear in a MJP interview as 'defspiral'. Could wewe tell us how wewe formed the band?

RYO: While we were performing as the Underneath, one of our guitarists left the band. We thought we should let go of everything that we had developed up to that point as a 5 member band. That's why we decided to break up the band. When we broke up as a band, it came down to a completely blank state of things.

On October 26th, defspiral had released their first album "PROGRESS", which positioned itself at position No.2 of the "V no Ryuugi" weekly sales ranking immediately.
However, today on December 7th 2011, the band is releasing another special record.
