The gang was walking back to the cottage when a kichaka popped up in front of them. Mulan gasped at what she saw growing on it. She hurried to the plant. "You guys have to see this!" she exclaimed. The others rallied around. The reactions were mixed. Shang felt his nerves dance a bit, Pocahontas theorized, and John and Merida exchanged scowls. "Cherries?" Merida said. "Mulan, I get wewe have very valuable things and traditions where wewe come from, but it's just a fruit." John replied. "Just a fruit? John, these are delicate." Mulan stated.

"Mulan, it's not like glass where wewe throw it and it breaks." Merida replied. "These could be high-dollar when we get back to China." Shang said. "I have to pick some of these!" Mulan retorted. "Knock yourself out. I'm going inside before it gets so dark wewe can't even see." John stated rudely. Merida soon followed. Pocahontas just shook her head. "Don't worry about them. They'll understand soon enough." she reassured. "Thanks. We've always had cherries as a delicacy." Mulan said.

"They're also a top-selling product." Shang replied. "It's apart of your culture. You're always going to have things like this that mean so much to you. Even if some think of them as odd." Pocahontas said. She grabbed a basket and helped Mulan and Shang pick the cherries. As soon as they got done, they went inside. Mace was already in kitanda when Mulan went to put Ping down. John was sitting at the jikoni meza, jedwali kusoma a book. Mulan slammed the semi-heavy basket on there and John like to have jumped out of his skin. "You know, it took me almost a week to build this." he alisema about the meza, jedwali in a not-so polite way.

"You don't think matunda has high value in our country, do you?" Mulan asked coyly. "Give it a rest already!" John grumbled under his breath. "Guess what-not only are cherries high-dollar and valuable where I come from, they're also sacred." Mulan schooled. "Okay, Mulan, we've heard all about it. Now, why don't wewe eat 'em already?" Merida alisema as she came out from the bathroom in her nightgown. "I can't eat these! Well, maybe I can..." Mulan debated as her pregnancy cravings got the best of her. She suddenly screamed as she saw Meeko eating some of the cherries. "Meeko, that's not nice!" Pocahontas scolded. Meeko had a sad look on his face. Pocahontas smiled.

"There's another cherry kichaka kwa the mahindi, nafaka field." she stated sweetly. Meeko smiled back and headed straight for the mahindi, nafaka field. "I do NOT know what I would've done if he ate the whole basket!" Mulan alisema in a relieved tone. "Luckily, he only ate 3." Pocahontas replied. "That's not TOO bad." Mulan sided. Merida began to her patience. "I could've done all that pretend snorin' tonight!" she mumbled sarcastically. Shang suddenly came bursting in.

"Is everything OK?" he asked. "Everything's fine. I just thought I saw another raccoon." Mulan lied. "Another raccoon? Wouldn't be surprised if it was a female one trying to get it on with Meeko." Shang replied. John and Merida died laughing. Pocahontas smirked. "Meeko thinks he has no time for love." she said. "You never know. He might be lying to you." John joked. *My loving husband and our friends!* Pocahontas thought happily.
