Disney Princess Article: Should Hans Redeem Himself?

Are you ready for redemption, Hans?

Okay, an idea had just struck me. Since the sequel will be coming soon, here are my thoughts on why should Hans be redeem au not if he makes an appearance again.

He Should Redeem Himself

When I first watch the movie, I started to have a crush on him until he turn into the dark side. However upon being expose, he was arrested and ship back to the 7 Isles so that his brothers could punish him.
In Frozen Fever, he was doing community service until Elsa let out a giant snowball and hit him! I personally think that from that minor scene, I felt that he should redeem himself anyway, because he finally felt remorse after his attempt at usurping the Arendelle kiti cha enzi and the assassination attempt on Elsa.

He Should Not Redeem Himself

The reason on why he should not redeem is because, in the song 'Love is an Open Door'. He actually tell us about his motives on becoming the King of Arendelle, especially the first lines and that he wants to marry Anna as his Queen consort.
Secondly, when he lied to the Duke of Weselton about Anna. I suspect that he could hire the latter as his trusted adviser until the plot was discover in the end, thanks to our 2 famous Arendelle sisters.

To My Find My Own Place

Unless if he doesn't make an appearance in the sequel, I wouldn't mind at all. Enjoy kusoma this and zaidi coming your way soon!

lililc it would be unfortunate for Disney to actually redeem him,cause there very few villains in disney to do it (and they are actually minions and not the main villain) so people would be thinking "So,the ugly villains are horrible and only bad monsters but he can be good cause he is handsome" , If you ask me that is the very reason i don't want him to be good ,and lets be honest ; he really seemed to enjoy when he was about to kill Elsa

AaronHaley4ever I don't think redeeming Hans would send the message that only the handsome villains can reform. In fact, it would send a good message of forgiveness and second chances and show children that people shouldn't be catigorized as all good or all bad. The first movie shoves in the audience's face lines like "only an act of true love will thaw a frozen heart" or "people make bad choices if they're mad or scared or stressed. Throw a little love their way and you'll bring out thier best", and I think it's really hypocritical of the writers to pick and choose which characters that their mesaage applies to. The only was for a moral like that to work is for it to apply to everybody. Also, giving Hans at least a chance at redemption would be a way to take the "love will thaw" message a step farther and say "there's more than one way to freeze a heart but only one way to thaw one." That said, just because i think Disney should redeem Hans doesn't mean I think they will. Making a dramatic change like that might not be well-received by the public, and I doubt Disney would be willing to take that risk when they've made do much money off of Frozen. I think if Hans appears in Frozen 2 at all, it'll be just to make him the butt of a joke, like his appearance in Frozen Fever, just to drive it home that he'll never be anything but a "bad guy".

I have been wanting to write this makala since beginning but it took a lot zaidi time to find that right kind of dresses for each princess. I upendo weddings, the festivity of it, the promises in it, the preparations for it. I'm kind of disappointed that Disney hasn't made it a ritual kind of a thing in its movies. My ranking of Disney Princess

After being here on fanpop since few months, my opinions and way of seeing each princess have changed a lot, though not for all princesses. Some have gone from inayopendelewa to least inayopendelewa while some have been on an opposite ride, altogether. A lot has changed as I have grown up and inclusion of other princesses as well in hivi karibuni times (Frozen and Brave).

Hi everyone! Due to most of my Marafiki getting a nasty cold this weekend and not being able to hang out, I spent the last few days shored up inside, watching the DP sequels that I hadn't yet seen and re-watching those that I didn't remember well. I was pleasantly surprised to find some "diamonds in the rough" that I wasn't expecting, but unfortunately also had to suffer through a few incredibly cringe-inducing films. I didn't include Belle's Tales of Friendship in this list, mostly because I couldn't find it online anywhere, but also because it's partly live-action so I didn't feel like it...

Merida's Princess Ranking (Including Elsa & Anna)

Okay so I tried to seek others' opinions for this who connect with Merida zaidi than I do. I realized that there are makala on here for the ranking of every princess except for Merida and I didn't think there should be any reason for her to be excluded. I always found these makala to be so neat though so I hope the Merida-fans will appreciate this. I'm completely open to any changes with zaidi input.

What I upendo About the Movie Mulan

So while there are a lot of great things that are pointed out about the movie Mulan, there are also things that I haven't seen pointed out yet so I wanted to share.

1. Realistic Representation of Culture: I upendo that it is not over-Americanized and mostly stays true to Chinese and Asian culture. The most American part of the film is the fact that she thinks she can take a man's place in the army. That and Grandmother Fa's maoni in general. Other than that, the movie is pretty accurate to her culture. I find this important because I don't understand the point of inaonyesha a different culture...

Beast's doesn't even look like hair, zaidi like fur, manyoya au a greaseball. Which makes sense since he's been an animal for most of the movie... anyway moving on.
