Many people think Mulan (the movie) has the best nukuu of all princess movie, that and the fact it is Mulan mwezi gave me idea to start such countdown. In the beginning, there were about 70 nukuu I thought are important , I included about 40 in countdown and here are the best ten.

Out of these ten:
2 are from Shang
2 are from Fa Zhou
2 are from Emperor
and 4 are from Mulan

10. "Ping, wewe are the craziest man I've ever met, and for that I owe wewe my life. From now on, wewe have my trust" by Shang

This is alisema after Mulan saved Shang and finally earned honor and respect for her deeds. However she gets wounded and we pretty soon forget about it. People don't find it very memorable and meaningful, and that's why it's only 10th

9. "Maybe I just wanted to look in the mirror and see someone worthwhile... But I was wrong... I see nothing!" by Mulan

It's the moment when Mulan realizes that maybe her upendo for father wasn't main motive why she left. She admits she did it for herself, to once do things right, however she is disapointed because she failed again. Some people barely remeber that this quote was in the movie, so it didn't got any further.

8 "Now I see, that if I were truly to be myself, I would break my family's heart"by Mulan

There are people that upendo song "Reflection", and there are people who don't. The same case is with this quote. Some people think it's pretty, while some consider it bland and generic

7."Why is my reflection someone I don't know?" by Mulan

Pretty much the same thing like for awali quote. However, this one is little deeper, inaonyesha how frustrated Mulan was about not being able to express her emotions and thoughts, havin to hide the real herself.

6. "You alisema wewe trust Ping! Why is Mulan any different?" by Mulan

Mulan really gets to the point with this line. Really Shang? Why is Mulan any different than Ping? To leave his hurt feelings and pride aside, users who ametoa maoni stated they upendo this line, but they just upendo inayofuata five better.

5.My, my, what beautiful blossoms we have this year. But look, this one's late! I bet when it blooms, it will be most beautiful of all" kwa Fa Zhou

This one really cute father-daughter scene. Mulan is , afraid that she dishonored whole family, and than Fa Zhou comes and comforts her this this simple, but pretty statement.

4."We must be mwepesi, teleka as the coursing river, with all the force of a great typhoon, with all the strentgh of a raging fire, mysterious as the dark side of a moon" by Shang

Alomst everyone likes this song, so naturally, people upendo the lyrics too. This song is very cheerful and encouraging, so no wonder it got so far.

3." wewe don't meet a girl like that every dynasty."by the Emperor

After all the wise things Emperor said, he decided to randomly put a wise joke. Oh well, it really describes Mulan perfectly. Still people consider it typically Chinese and a bit bland.

2."The maua, ua that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all." kwa the Emperor

Pretty much variation of Fa Zhou's quote. Another piece of Emperor's wisdom, which serves to describe Mulan as someone rare and unique. I think this and 3rd quote are great, but alisema one after another sound redundant.

1."The greatest gift and honor is having wewe for a daughter"by Fa Zhou

And, I wasn't really surprised that this line won. People generally like it. It's a really beautiful moment, when Fa Zhou shows that he doesn't care about anything and anyone but his daughter.

Here's my quick top10 vipendwa of Disney Princess movie songs. I get stuck to a new tune au lyrics far easily, if its hummable and peppy especially. I like listening to songs and don't have particular fixed tastes in genres. Though i find, i tend to gravitate towards pop, rock and Indian music. Very rarely I enjoy classical music, although some that I upendo become my all time vipendwa and they don't die-out. I guess that's how classic muziki is. Anyways, this is my current orodha of juu 10 favrorites songs from DP movies, it keeps changing for sure as I songesha onto newer songs.

10. I see the light:...

.... au Are They? I keep hearing this massive distortion that Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora and sometimes others are "unrealistically perfect". Well first of all, they're not actually "perfect" but yes they strive for it and come pretty close. The number one reason? The earlier DPs were made in a time where families were still valued as well as good morals and they were on their best behavior in front of children, hoping that the kids would learn to embrace positive traits and reject negative traits so they would be zaidi positive people. They cared zaidi about well-roundedness, being modest...

Okay, so I have come across a lot of criticism against Merida that she is childish, rude, reckless, selfish and what not. But since she's my 2nd inayopendelewa princess, i'd like to put up a case in her favor for people to consider and see her in better light. I have tried to dissect the movie scenes, probed into possible perspective on various minor details that may have been overlooked.

Why she isn't sophisticated as others:
She no doubt loves both her mother and father, but Merida takes off a part of feisty, loud and unapologetically honest side from her father. She loves to fight with him, laughing...

The saddest moments from DP sinema that made me cry and most often they still do. Some are close to moyo while some are so well enacted and animated that i'm moved kwa the simplicity of emotions.

13. 3 good vichimbakazi put the entire kingdom to sleep:
Despite their best of efforts, they lose Aurora to the spell and the only way to make things work is to put the entire kingdom to sleep, waking only when she awakens. It makes me sad to see them blame themselves for this loss. It doesn't make me cry though, but yes, it puts me in a sad mood.

I got this idea when I learned that at one point, Disney actually was using some of the princesses in cause advertisements and it got me thinking: If each of the Disney Princesses wanted to select a cause/charity to contribute to, which would it be?

Snow White- Senior Citizens: Snow White ends up homeless after running away from the evil Queen and she was fortunate that the 7 dwarfs took her in. This is why I think she would want to help senior citizens the way she did for the dwarfs and the way that they helped her (although they were not senior, they were getting close).

Cinderella- Animal...

So I've been kusoma that the "Prettiest Princess" ranking is sort of like a right of passage makala that all of the mashabiki here on fanpop do so I figured it was time for my own. Instead of just doing a physical beauty ranking, I wanted to do an ujumla, jumla beauty ranking instead. I personally see ranking women based only on their physical beauty as objectifying them so I am kind of confused that it's not looked at that way here on fanpop? (Not saying this to judge au condone others but just out of genuine curiosity and confusion considering the way some mashabiki have reacted to perceived objectification...

Like I stated in my last wallpost I'm about to lose my grandmother and so I decided to write an makala about some of the Saddest Moments in the DP sinema in no particular order (but I'll mention my number 1 in the end of the article). So anyway hope you'll like this article

Brave: The 2nd Sunrise
I may not be a big shabiki of Brave, but this scene is sad, when I first saw this movie in the cinemas I cried during this scene and I still find this scene to be quite sad

Cinderella: The Dress Ripping Scene
This scene is so sad to watch everytime, cinderella had the chance of finally getting out of the...

If any of wewe are familiar with character stylization au really art in general wewe might like this article. I'm talking about character stylization in the sense that when the artist is also the mwandishi of the character's personality and has written out their every thought in simply the way they are designed. This can also be called "interpreted art" as anyone can perceive it differently, but a common factor still remains that everyone agrees on. BASICALLY I'm going to "guess" what the princess' personality is like based on the way she's drawn, see what the general consensus is on her personality...

1.Pocahontas and Merida are currently the only Princesses to not originate from the traditional fairy tales.

2.Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora and Belle are currently the only Princesses to not be voiced kwa the respective actresses from their original films.

3.Belle is the only Disney Princess to have hazel eyes.

4. Mulan is also the first Disney Princess to not actually be a princess. All the others are either royal kwa birth, au marry into royalty.

5.Ariel is the only Disney Princess who was not born a human.

6.Both Mulan and Tiana are left-handed.

My Favourite Things from The Sound of Music
Video: link

This song reminds me of the scene in the woods after she's been scared kwa the dark shadowed shapes of the trees. When she asks the wanyama what they would do and starts imba With a Smile and a Song. Well this be an alternative song au whilst she' imba she could be imagining her favourite things. I can also Snow White imba this. It does require a positive sounding vocal so it makes sense.

Since this section has been very inactive lately I decided to fresh it up kwa uandishi another article, about my inayopendelewa Disney Princesses, hope you'll like this makala :)

13. Merida

She's the only Disney Princess that I don't like at all, but I don't dislike her either, I feel neutral towards her. The main reason might sound weird, but it's mainly because I don't think she fits in the Disney Princess lineup, to be perfectly honest I would appreciate her character zaidi if she wasn't an official Disney Princess. Besides that there's nothing wrong about her character except her temper, she's...

Hello All! Due to my life interfering with my time these days, I took a hiatus from makala writing. I also took a hiatus, because KataraLover and Cruella stepped into the void, and took on the “these are horrible characters argument” in a set of ongoing video discussions that can be found on the video viungo page of The Disney Princess Club. (My hat goes off to them, as they were dispelling the myths and stigmas surrounding certain unbeloved characters). Great work, guys!!!
Since this is the last makala on the Vices of the Disney Princesses, I want to at least say...
