Rapunzel's part is spoiler-free so hakuna matata! ;) Rapunzel actually dropped 2 spaces while I was uandishi this :P
10. Tiana
I respect Tiana so much; she’s the first princess to really have a realistic goal. She’s not looking for upendo au a prince that will sweep her off her feet. She’s practical and knows that hard work is what’s going to benefit her in the future. I upendo that she’s aware that dreams aren’t just handed out. wewe have to earn them. However, my problem with Tiana is her uptight attitude. I also prefer zaidi romantic and dreamy princesses also, but I do find her goals in life refreshing. And even though Tiana lands the bottom, I do believe she deserves her happily ever after the most.
9. Rapunzel
Rapunzel’s cute, and sweet, and adventurous, and smart, and… shall I go on? Her personality is rather Mary Sue and she is too perfect. The only negative thing I could imagine is her bipolarity that we witnessed earlier in the film. And even that is amusing. She doesn’t demonstrate any gravity au depth, and she doesn’t develop at all throughout the movie. Her character is really a mush of all the princesses into one, therefore lacking originality. There are several things I upendo about Rapunzel though; I upendo her innocence and her child-like behavior.
8. Pocahontas
Extremely pretty and smart, I really wanted Pocahontas to land a bit higher on my list. But, I feel that Pocahontas needed zaidi “umph”. She was monotone and uninteresting for most of the movie and I think they really downplayed the playfulness she was originally supposed to have. However, Pocahontas is extremely strong and I admire the fact that she experienced love, and yet she chose to leave it behind for her tribe. She really takes responsibility, like a true princess should. I learned so much from her; that the right decision is not always the easiest.
7. Jasmine
She’s a different type of a princess; a princess with edge and some sass. I can see how jimmy, hunitumia has a bunch of fans, but she’s not my cup of tea. Her attitude is rather obnoxious and her spoiled princess act rankles me also. Though I do upendo how she goes after what she wants. If she’s bored in her castle, she’ll leave. She’s determined and isn’t looking for anyone to save her. jimmy, hunitumia is headstrong and lives in the moment; she doesn’t want to be surrounded kwa pompous men that she doesn’t love.
6. Aurora
There’s something enchanting about Aurora. Aurora has this aura (lol Aurora…Aura… yeah it’s not that funny) that’s just so captivating. She’s jumped around so much on my list, slightly moving downwards, but I don’t upendo her any less. I adore her elegance and charm, and her imba is gorgeous. Maybe if she had zaidi than 18 minutes, I would’ve placed her higher. The juu five just onyesha zaidi character and personality in my opinion.
5. Ariel
I really respect those that go after their dreams, and Ariel fits the bill. She’s so determined, and rebellious. She knows what she wants, and even if it’s for something stupid, she’ll go out and do it. She has a sense of adventure that I also love. Ariel brought something completely new to the table; she brought an extremely rebellious teenager that almost everyone can connect with at some point in their life. I look up to Ariel; she pushes me to do things out of my comfort zone.
4. Mulan
Oh the nostalgia. I upendo Mulan, always have, and always will. Her movie has always been a family favorite, and other than The Lion King and Ratatouille, this movie is the only Disney movie my mom would watch with me. What can I say? She kicks ass, has extreme hairdressing skills, saves her whole country, and to juu it all off, proves that women can do anything men can do (and better ;]). Sure, she’s mopey, I can be mopey too… :P The part that really touched me the most about her, is that she did this all for her father. She didn’t just go through blood, sweat, and tears for the fun of it. She did it to save her father, and that’s the most admirable thing to me.
3. Snow White
Ah! She’s adorable! Snow White is sickening sweet, but I upendo her for it. I upendo how she makes all the dwarves wash their hands and how motherly she is; and she’s not annoying-motherly like Katara xP). I upendo her optimism and her happy-go-lucky attitude. There’s nothing zaidi that I can say about her; she’s so damn cute!
2. Cinderella
I upendo cinderella so much :), she’s always smiling and she’s so sweet. Her kindness and her wit really prove to me that she deserves #2. cinderella is often not acknowledged for being strong willed, but she really is. She damn went to the ball to get her Prince Charming. If wewe don’t believe it, Mr. Walt Disney alisema so himself: “She believed in dreams, all right, but she also believed in doing something about them. When Prince Charming didn't come along, she went over to the palace and got him." She was also incredibly smart to stay with Lady Tremaine. Sure, Tremaine was a bitch, but cinderella still got a nyumbani and food.
1. Belle
No surprise, vipendwa don’t change. Belle has always been my inayopendelewa princess; I look up to her so much. She’s so kind, caring, compassionate, and able to look past a person’s exterior, which is hard to do when the person’s a beast. She’s a model for feminism, and her selflessness, wit, and intelligence really pushed her past the others and made her stand out. There’s not a princess I could ever want to be zaidi than Belle, she’s just so admirable and contains the best qualities a person could have.
