Like I said last Round. The only two I can see running a good kingdom is Shang and Prince Phillip.

Oh and voters who don't comment, you guys aren't on my favorite people in the world list right now. So comment and maybe I'll put a good word in for you to Santa.

i dont think shang would be loving to his people.... yes he is a good captain but captain isnt the same as ruler, he doesnt know how to be respectful and loving to people.

He seems to run around a lot.... What about his kingdom? He seems to be a bit careless when it comes to that anyways. If anything, use my old comment

Shang really knows how to get into the right mood at the right times. He is committed and very into what he is doing and is not just talk. The only reason why he was all cold was because he was dealing with idiot soldiers and their was no way they were going to listen to him unless he get's serious.

Now I know what people are going to say, what about with Mulan? He was all cold with her. People need to understand that when you find out your father is killed, people act without realizing. They get cold and very furious at tiny things. Don't think snow white's positiveness is reality. Sorry, but that never happens. Shang's father got killed and he was already dealing with idiot soldiers. People begin to get very tense and like they have had it when things like that happen. Shang had to get serious or else all of china would be murdered.

People also have to understand that Shang was actually much more positive than people think. You would think he is all cold and too tough, but what do you expect for (a. A first timer, (b. an unexpected last minute captain, (c. Dealing with idiot soldiers, (e. having you in the hands of a whole country? I know what I expect, much worse that's for sure. Army captains are usually much more serious than that from what I know. They are not supposed to get into their obedient or respectful mode and they are not expected to be all understanding and fun. He has to get down to business and was actually less serious than other captains. People don't understand that if you try to reason with idiot soldiers and try to be less serious, they aren't going to take your seriously.

Not to mention, when most people's fathers die, it's always that they begin crying for a little or weeping or something. Shang could not let down his country or his father. He knew that letting down his father would be continuing to cry. You could tell that Shang looked like he was going to cry, but instead he continued on and just said, move out!


I would say Shang is rather fitting for captain and strong and strict to fit the job than disrespectful. He was only disrespectful when he was supposed to be. At the end, he did what he was supposed to be and really respected mulan. I'm tired of hearing this! I really want to make an article about this!

We honestly don't know enough about him to judge how good of a leader he is.

Shang may be harsh at times, but leaders have to be harsh at times. He was also compassionate and motivated his troops.

We don't know much about the Prince, therefore it's hard to decide whether he'll be a good ruler. I personally believe he will be for some reason.
With Phillip we know a bit more about him. I decided to pick him, because of the situation with Aurora. He was ready to leave his duties as a prince and marry a peasant girl, despite the political arrangements, which were made years ago. He clearly is not very good in politics and in fulfilling duties. So out of the choices remaining, I think he'd be the worst ruler.

I think that like Snow, he is still too young to be a good ruler.

I'm honestly surprised that he is still there (and that Philip is still there).
Shang should win this one. He is truly the only Prince who puts his duty above his personal interests, and he is a truly good leader. And I think that even if the people don't love him, they would respect him for this. And that's at the end of the day more important than to be loved.

Same reasons as before.

I can see the others as better rulers... nothing against Prince himself.

He might be the future king of his country and he just ride in some shadowy country alone.(I think country with Snow's stepmother as a queen is very questionable) He's not with his people, he travels alone(he might be taken as a hostage) and did he had any weapons even with him. Or was he banished like Naveen?
