Hmm...this is hard. I would say Jasmine because of her spunk and refusal to marry the villain, but she is not rich and she knows about the streetlife, where as Jasmine is more pampered AND has a reverse set of values from her- Angel wants to go into a family, Jasmine wants to escape the palace. I don't think Angel is like any of the princesses, I'd say she is more like Esmeralda- Esmeralda has Jasmine's sass AND her refusal to marry the villain, but Esmeralda acts mature and poor like Angel. I see shades of Meg in her at the beginning too.

I think she has sorta parts of each of them except for Snow White and Aurora for example

Cinderella because she's with people who arn't much of a family but she doesn't have the courage to leave

Ariel and Jasmine because of her spunk sass and wanting a new life and willing to give anything to have it "I'd give anything to have what you have" and street smart

Belle because she's at a place she doesn't want to be

Pocahontas free spirted

Mulan clever street smart

Tiana works hard to survive like Tiana works hard to get her dream

No princess is really much like her, but if I had to pick it would be Jasmine (for the reasons stated above). Angel is awesome!

I'm sorry, but I don't think any of these heroines fit the personality of Angel in L&T2. I think Esmeralda fit her the most. Both had a hard life, both had beautiful hearts, both know the harsh reality of being out in the streets, and well...I simply find that these two fit. :)
