According to Debut

Ferdinand- I like this prince because he is so romantic, what I don't like about him is that he is so feminine.
Charming- Boring... although he is amazing on the third film!
Philip- Both looks and personality of a prince is vested in him.
Eric- I love this prince! He is not just hot and handsome he is also very heroic! I love his smile and his superman hair! Overall Eric is the best prince!
Adam- I like him better when he was a beast though... Ok so Adam is such a prince, why? His looks and personality really is realistic for a prince. I like him!
Aladdin- This cute prince really is smart and feisty and I love it!
John Smith- I find him so handsome yet a bit boring...
Shang- This hunk really is hot and pretty brave! I like his personality a lot!
Naveen- This spoiled womanizer is a brat! Yet, he learned to be a true prince that's why I like him!
Eugene- I love him! He is so handsome and his personality really is amazing. I really like him!

Shang - He's ugly, he seems sexist, he's very tough and I bet he's never had a day off in his life
Prince - He appears to be wearing lipstick, what's so romantic about entering a garden or a courtyard that doesn't belong to you and creeping up behind a girl you've never met before? That's scary not romantic. Never mind his personality, the guy is creepy.
Prince Charming - This guy had a number of hours alone with Cinderella until midnight. By end of night, he still doesn't know her flipping name! He looks like a Ken doll.
Naveen - Drop Dead Gorgeous, fell in love and yet he still sounds full of himself with that accent of his.
John Smith - He's less muscular than Adam which is good thing but I don't his design. Like the colour of his hair though and his lovely blue eyes
Aladdin - There's no doubt that Aladdin is very good looking but I have a dislike about his personality, specifically the lying. He's very boyish.
Philip - He's a hero, down to earth, a little naughty, he has a lovely speaking voice but grabbing onto Aurora's arm and refusing her to leave is creepy
Adam - Handsome as a beast and a human. Has a great story. I don't like his muscular body though. I'm disgusted by six packs etc. Not sure what pack Adam is but I don't like the look of it! He could be vampire with that hair. Like the Volturi in Twilight. Very pretty, pretty.
Flynn - Very funny guy, better thief than Aladdin, I'm not facial hair fan on guys but it doesn't make him look ugly.
Eric - Like his personality, he has the most beautiful eyes of all the princes, he's heroic and unlike Phillip he doesn't get magical help from fairies. Can be a little slow but within good reason. He treats Ariel like an equal.

In order that they came out

The Prince: He is sweet, singing Disney best love song and plus unlike a lot of the stalkers of Disney, he doesn't force himself to follow Snow White, just started there and sung. *Personally I think they knew each other before*

Charming: If the guy would smile a bit more you think the world would end.

Phillip: The Hero! First Disney prince to do something to win the love of his life sides kissing her.

Eric: I am one of the few people in the world that dislikes Eric. He's BORING!!! Plus I don't know I don't like it how he just takes Ariel away after all the stupid stuff she does and he's all like, I love you let's get married like now!

The Beast: Temper, temper

Aladdin: He's in my top 3, but unlike the rest of them I hate it how he doesn't man up to his lies and let's the villain tell everyone who he really is.

John Smith: I don't have anything to say about him

Shang: Same as John Smith

Naveen: I know he gets all the hate for being a womanizer but they never seem to say how he changed after he learns his lessons and the way he wants Tiana happy more then himself being happy.

Eugene: I'm a fangirl, he starts off selfish and self center but as Rapunzel shows him that he doesn't have to hide behind the mask of Flynn Rider and can be the poor, orphan Eugene Fitzherbert and still have people like you, he becomes sweet and caring and willing to give himself up for Rapunzel to get her freedom.

Prince: He doesn't really do much, and I agree with the others who have said he's too feminine.
Prince Charming: I like that he wasn't going to marry just to please his father, but like Snow White's prince, he's a bit boring.
Phillip: My favorite of the classic princes. He's very brave, and I love that he fell for Aurora before he knew she was a princess.
Eric: IMO the most physically striking prince. You don't often see guys with dark hair and blue eyes, so I really like his design. I don't like that he left Ariel for Vanessa, but I know he only did that because he thought she was Ariel. He's romantic and sweet, and I think it's cute than no one but Ariel would do for him.
Adam: easily my favorite prince. His story is interesting, and he probably undergoes the most dramatic personality change of all the princes. I love that he's such a dynamic character.
Aladdin: He's very street-wise, and I love how he can hold his own and outsmart just about aybody. I understand why some people don't like his personality, but he does learn honesty and makes up for it in the end.
John Smith: I've never liked him, even when I was a little kid. True, he's brave and adventurous, but there's not much else to him. He just always seemed like the stereotypical blond guy to me.
Shang: He can be a bit too serious, but I admire his courage and loyalty, not just to his cause but to his father as well.
John Rolfe: I know most people hate his film and he's not an official prince, but when people ask me for my princes list, he's going to be on it. He's smart and protective, and the way he and Pocahontas would bicker at first was adorable!
Naveen: He seems really bratty at first, but there's more to him than that. Like Adam and Aladdin, this is a prince who learns from his past mistakes and goes through a dramatic character change.
Flynn: Not only is he hilarious, but I think he's the bravest of the Disney princes. He was willing to die to free Rapunzel for Gothel, and to me, that says a lot about his character.

Prince: He does nothing. There's not anything to judge off of...

Prince Charming: I don't like him at all. He's self-centered and only wants to marry Cinderella because she's pretty. He seems arrogant.

Phillip: I love him. He has classic American good looks. He's heroic, brave and that typical knight in shining armor. Who wouldn't love Phillip?

Eric: He's so handsome, sweet and understanding. He falls in love with Ariel despite ever talking to her or hearing her voice and I think it is so romantic. He's down to earth and doesn't care about marrying a Princess.

Adam: He starts off grumpy and mean but we all know why. He proves to be a gentle giant and he really loves Belle. He's so sweet and caring by the end of the film.

Aladdin: I love Aladdin! He's cute and down to earth. He doesn't take anything for granted and he appreciates what he has, even if its not much. He's definitely a dreamer and accomplishes them. (Even if he had a little help from Genie.)

John Smith: I don't care for him much, he's handsome and rugged I guess but I don't really see the appeal.

Shang: He's a tough fighter and I really like him. He has a hard exterior but Mulan brings out his soft side and he's a really sweet, romantic guy underneath. He's also really hot.

Naveen: He is arrogant and selfish but Tiana makes him realize that he doesn't need money to be happy. By the end of the movie he's willing to do anything for her and he becomes selfless and willing to do anything to make Tiana happy.

Flynn: My favorite Prince, he's so sexy! He starts off as a selfish thief and all he wants is money. By the end of the movie though, he's willing to give up his life to save Rapunzel's. He loves her more than anything and he becomes so caring. I love him so much.

maryksand picked Yes:
The Prince - there is nothing in particular that would be off putting or prominently negative about him, however, there is also literally no single trait of his that would capture attention outside of the fact that he successfully fulfills the role of being a handsome love interest. Him kissing a dead 15 year old he had only seen once previously comes off as excessively creepy.

Charming - I like that he doesn't always respond to outer factors in an expected way and has a capability to show human emotion such as getting bored by the ladies at the ball who seek the hand of his and as a pleasant bonus doesn't embody or represent a traditional and sexist role of a male savior.

Phillip - an incredibly progressive Disney Prince, especially considering the time period of the movie's setting, seeing as he directly confronts his father's outdated values in order to marry a girl of a lower social standing.

Eric - one of my favourite Disney Princes who breaks the unconstructive stereotype that only morally ambiguous male leads can be interesting and layered. He is the closest Disney has ever come to portraying realistic and relatable struggles of a young man and he is poignantly brave, selfless and dedicated.

Beast - he is an extremely broken individual and that's what contributes to his uniqueness as a character. He also set a standard for what is commonly referred to as "prince with flaws".

John Smith - he is quite a strong individual protagonist, however, his personality is too sloppily written and his character development marked by being exposed to the concept of painting with colors of the wind while mentally inventing new ways of impressing Pocahontas and changing his mentality literally over second came off as incredibly rushed and inorganic.

Shang - he is admirably disciplined and responsible, in addition to being capable of emotional growth and learning to expand his horizons. Possibly the best role model out of all.

Aladdin - he is a struggling individual with immense insecurities and a massive underlying potential. What's particulary remarkable about him is that contrary to other "princes with personality" his defining moment of character development is related to making a sacrifice for a friend rather than a girl. Also contrary to certain other princes his story revolves around the unhealthy and misguided nature of wanting to change yourself in order to suit your love interest instead of the other way round.

Naveen - it's important and refreshing that Disney revisited the concept of male lead who has a specific hobby seeing as since prince Eric there hasn't been one who would be invested in music or other form of art and that's what I really appreciate about Naveen's characterization, however, his personality comes off as largely unappealing and his character development is non-existent given that by the end he still has little to no regard for women and is more than willing to fulfill his initial plan of marrying for money, only this time he feels bad due to not getting the girl he wants.

Flynn - the first Disney Prince to willingly lay his life for a woman he loves in order to make sure she can live her long term dream and finally regain freedom. The remarkable subtlety of his emotional issues was presented in a very organic and sympathetic manner and his willingess to revaluate and rebuild his life despite coming from nothing and having vague and undefined perspectives ahead only adds to his bravery and overall appeal.

Prince: He's charming and such a sweetheart, and I love his heroism to travel far and wide to find Snow White.
Prince Charming: He's a blank slate in the original, but is charming, funny, and a perfect prince in the third movie; overcoming magic the way he did!
Phillip: I love how he fell in love with Aurora, he's suave, dreamy, and romantic! And plus I love how he defied his father to be with her and how he went to all lengths to save Aurora.
Eric: He's so kind and willing to take Ariel in even though he thought Ariel was not his dream girl. I like how he took Ariel around town and at the end he went to all lengths to correct his mistakes.
Beast: He's the most developed Disney Prince in my opinion, being a very flawed character but ultimately realizing he was acting badly and then came to care for Belle more than himself.
Aladdin: I like how he's brave and has many insecurities, he's very well developed. I don't like his selfishness but I like how he ultimately learns from his mistakes and how he cares for Jasmine and Genie.
John Smith: He's handsome and I like how he's willing to change his mind about Pocahontas and the Indians. But I don't have that much to say about him.
Shang: I like how he's heroic, disciplined, and loyal, but he is too coldly serious for my tastes.
Naveen: He's suave, I love his voice, and flawed, and I think truly changes from being spoiled to truly caring for Tiana.
Flynn: He's a great complex character, I love his personality changing to being somewhat selfish to coming to care for Rapunzel; plus I love his heroism. I love his streetwise personality and think he's an extremely funny prince.

Prince: Although not in the movie much, when he is he does the job of being a prince and that's all you really need

Charming: Just a boy toy for Cinderella, NEXT

Phillip: He is what a prince should be. Daring, adventurous, loving, kind, but the others are more interesting

Eric: Overrated, yawwwwn.

Best/Adam: Very developed character with many positives and negatives. Even if he is a bit aggressive and looses his personality he's still a good character

Aladdin: He's good at heart, but the lieing this does get annoying....

John Smith: He saves a man after falling off a ship, tries and reunite the indians and settlers, and manages a sassy talking tree all at the same time!

Shang: He's heroic, yes. A character I like, not exactly.

Naveen: I don't even have anything to say, I just don't like him.

Flynn: He really is a great character and I think he's the funniest prince. I like how he has this sweet side and how he just comes together.

Prince - He just seems so genuine and likable despite his lack of screen time.
Charming - He feels so cold and unfriendly, there's nothing interesting because his lack of screentime, and he doesn't have Prince's warmth. I just don't like him.
Phillip - Brave, heroic, a little stalkerish. Phillip has his good and his bad, but in my opinion he's a good balance between the two.
Eric - Yeah he's good looking and he's really nice and caring, but he feels empty to me. I still like him though.
Beast/Adam - I really like him in the beginning when he's an asshat because I find him fresh and compelling, but the farther into the movie he gets softer and less interesting. Still a badass in the end though.
Aladdin - He used to be my favourite animated character of all time, but over the past few months I've kind of became disillusioned and I find him overrated and a bit of an asshole now.
John Smith - Some aspects of him are a little overdone, but what I find most interesting about him is he really is an interesting multi-dimensional character once you look at all his traits. Shame he's reduced to the "blonde hero" in everyone's mind.
Shang - I admire and respect him and think he's a well done character, but he's just not my type of character and bores me.
Naveen - He's really fun and hilarious and I love his voice. I really love his character in the first half of the film, even though I'd probably punch him in the face in real life. The second half of the movie, I just don't like him. He becomes so bland and ick.
Flynn/Eugene - It surprises me even that he's my favourite prince, because I never really consider how much I actually love Tangled and it's characters. But I do love him. I find him interesting and compelling, and I love how his character was put together. Also his development was believable, and his voice acting really is the best out of all the princes.

Flutey_Girl96 picked Yes:
Prince/Ferdinand - He has no personality that I can see

Charming - Almost as bad as Prince, but has a bit of personality in the sequels

Philip - Can be funny (love his line "No carrots"), is heroic and stands up to his dad to marry Briar Rose. Out of the three classic Princes, he's my favourite

Eric - All-time favourite prince. He looks good, has a nice personality, and is heroic and chivalrous. I love it when he says "Grimm, I lost her once. I'm not going to lose her again." Favourite line of the whole movie

Beast/Adam - He cares about Belle, and the change in him is nice. He knows how to be a hero, but not how to use manners. He can be quite funny at times

Aladdin - He's alright, I guess. To me, it looks like he has the body of a 20-year-old, topped with the head of a teenager. It's a little weird. I love his determination and his quick-thinking though

John Smith - There's not really much to say about him, other than I don't really like him, and to me, there's a lack of development throughout the movie

Shang - He's a good captain, teacher and leader. He knows how to motivate his troops, and the fact that he always looks good while doing it doesn't hinder him

Naveen - It was so refreshing to have a selfich, arrogant git as a prince... until he hit then end of the movie and became boring. I love his accent though.

Flynn/Eugene - Again, refreshing to have a prince that seems somewhat modern, even in a kingdom that definitely wasn't that. He's funny, has a good personality, and even though he changes for the better throughout the movie, he doesn't lose his humour or his ability to make quick remarks

Prince - He's okay, but sometimes too classy which is annoying.

Charming - My least favorite Prince. He's very dull. I never even liked him in the sequels.

Philip - I really like him even though he's at the bottom of my list.

Beast/Adam - I've always loved him. I even liked his attitude in the beginning and I love how his character developed throughout the movie.

Eric - He might be overrated, but I really love him. He's a pretty sweet guy. His looks aren't the only thing.

Aladdin - I really love Aladdin. He has a very big heart and his personality is really amazing.

John Smith - He's not bad. I don't have anything to say about him except that he's a pretty cool guy.

Shang - My favorite prince. He's a very brave warrior and a great leader. I really love him.

Naveen - He's really awesome. I love how his character developed throughout the movie.

Flynn/Eugene - He's really cool and I love his character development.
