Sometimes wewe get attached to a tv character zaidi than normal,or what people tend to call normal....You may see him au her in your dreams.Or maybe daydream of him/her.There is a chance that when he/she is on screen your moyo rate isn't so normal.Or just when there is an episode in which he/she has a lot of screentime wewe feel a little zaidi satisfied and happier.
My favourite tv character for the last 2 years is DR.Robert Chase played kwa Jesse Spencer in the hit medical drama House md.And yes,I confess I have been through all these stages.Additionally there is something else that also happens to me.Whenever I read au hear the word "chase" he is the only thing that comes to my mind.However that word isn't always refering to him as it happens to be a verb and a noun.My knowledge of the eniglish langouage is good enough to know that.But still I couldn't songesha a step forward...
However,a Tuesday morning,while watching the epiosode "The Itch(5x07)" I had an epifany...
I can't keep chasing wewe forever.
and apart from the fact that I was all thrilled because of the CC scene I realised something really interesting.
His name is Chase,Dr Robert Chase.Was that just random?Only a coicidence?
Then like a wave, the facts one kwa one, came to my mind.
If wewe take a closer look, all he did in his life was...chasing
Maybe since the siku he was born...
First of all, he chases his dad's upendo and attention.But he fails.He fails to catch it.At least this is what he is feeling.And that is what only matters.That chase marks him and defines his personality.It teaches him not to care.Or trying not to....It makes him not to trust people.And not to let them come close.
In the meanwhile he is chasing his mom death.Again he can't catch him.He tries so hard to keep her alive.He fails.That burden was so heavy for the 15-year old Chase...
After that he decides to chase God and he gets in the seminary school.But Chase is meant for other things and doesn't pass the test of faith.How could he anyway?Life has disappointed him so much so far and it is still so early.
Despite the difficulties he doesn't give up and decides to chase a carreer.Or is he chasing an escape?He moves to States where he works for a famous doctor.That inspires him.He really admires House.He really finds him funny.So he tries ,subconsiously of course, to chase his approval.House never shows that he appreciates him as a doctor.He makes so many times his life difficult.Not until season 5 we hear a good word from House's mouth.

Chase:Then stay away 
Chase's interaction with his co-workers just stayed in the proffecional level.He once tries to ask Cameron out but after that,a few episodes later he doesn't really seem to care when she quits.He doesn't appear to care very much of what they think both her and Foreman.We can't really define a timeline but he finally falls for his co-worker,Cameron.And this is when the real and ultimate chase of his life begins.
It starts with uncoditional sex. 
He wants more.She doesn't.And the metamorphosis happens.Chase,the one who never cared,the one who could have any girl,the one who once told her to stay away gathers all his powers and chases her.Till the end.After all, chasing is his speciality!This is when Tuesday become our favourite siku of the week.But the girl is tough and he looses hope when he looses his job.Once again he chased a dream.Once again he failed.But fate this time is with his side.What he chased comes with her own will to his doorstep. 
If that was a fairytale this is the point that we would put our happy end.He has chased a lot in his life but despite the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune he catches the one thing he wanted the most.Love.
However this isn't a farytale.This is House md and Chase is still tortured kwa Cameron and still chases her.I am optimistic enough, though, that he is holding her tight and she won't leave him.Just because she can't.Just because he has chased so many things in his life and he deserves that 
But is that the point he will stop chasing happiness?Or the endless persuit of happiness is his destiny?
