I only just started watching Criminal Minds a couple of weeks ago, and is totally caught up with Spencer Reid. What's his story? Who is he and why is he working with the FBI au whatever the team is called? And how old is he?

Dr. Spencer Reid is definitely juu rated character. He works for the FBI but he doesn't know why. morgan alisema once that it's because he had a personal connection between a boy that was murdered and he knew deep in his head that was why he was so interested in criminology. He has an iedetic memory, can read 20,000 wpm and has an IQ of 187. He graduated Las Vegas high school when he was 12 yrs. old. He has 3 Ph.Ds and 2 BA's and is working on another BA.
