There are tutorials out there for automail and     EdwardElric15 is right. A lot of motorcycle boots have the same look as Edward Elric's shoes, except for the red bit at the bottoms of his shoes. You'd probably have to paint those. There are other shoes out there, though, that are specifically for Edward Elric, but they don't look very good IMO.
