i need help!!!!!!!!!!

i cant stop cuttin no matter wat i do n i Lost most of my Marafiki au so called Marafiki because of it..... if they would have really got 2 know me they would understand i get push,smacked,and other stuff so this cuttin lets the anyger n sadness,depression out n i go see a thephyits but it dont help!!!

I used to have the same problem but then my therapist suggested that I should use a rubber band and slap it against my wrist. Surprisingly it works and it releases anger as if wewe were actually cutting
