It coulld be either Macao au Wakaba...But Bixlow has a chance too...Since Cana saved him in the Tenroujima Arc and also they danced together in episode 125.

It was alisema very early on in the manga, that she seems to have feelings for him.
On the chapter 38 cover, it says that he suggested she cut down on her drinking so she did. I don't think anyone else could get her to do that. Also when she found out that he got a new girlfriend, she redoubled her drinking. Clearly upset that he didn't ask her out.

I keep reusing this argument when people ask this question, but I haven't seen any indication of Cana having a romantic relationship with anyone, au wanting one with anyone other than Macao, and vice versa. So Macao remains my choice.
