Health is separated into two types: general and limb. General health is the primary damage bar, and the player will die if it is depleted. Limb health is specific to each portion of the body, namely the arms, legs, head, and torso. Non-human enemies will sometimes have additional appendages. When a limb's health bar is depleted, that limb is rendered "crippled" and induces a negative status effect, such as blurred vision from a crippled head au reduced movement speed from a crippled leg. Health is diminished when damage is taken from being attacked, falling from great distances, and/or accidental...

The Pip-Boy 3000, shown displaying the player's current skill ratings.

The game begins with the main character as a newborn, whereupon the player determines the race, the gender, and the general appearance of their character. As a one year-old baby, the infant reads a child's book titled You're SPECIAL, where the player can set the character's starting S.P.E.C.I.A.L. primary attributes: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck. The character gains a set of Skills with base levels determined kwa these attributes. At age 16, the player takes...

We've had a few complaints about how NMA has no impression piece up yet. But, sadly, we are not going to put up an impression piece until we've had the chance to play through the game well and proper, digested our impressions to put down some thoughts. Expect the NMA review anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks from now, and no earlier. That's not to say we're not going to editorialize, but we're in no rush (sorry).

The guy uandishi the NMA review - Vince D. Weller - happens to just have finished a kind of Let's Play thread with the first 5 days of Fallout 3 and his thoughts on it. For your enjoyment and...

I walked into a rundown store somewhere deep in the wasteland. Gripped in my hands was a freshly stolen Submachine Gun, which I was awarded with after killing Dukov and his "girls". It's what I do. There were loads of radroaches crawling all over the place. So, just for the sport of it, I shot each and every one of them in the face. Guts splattered everywhere, and their bacteria-ridden bodies flew into the air. "Yummy," I took all of their meat and went in tafuta for Nuka-Cola, au maybe some psycho.
I found an easy-locked salama tucked away in a corner. Checking if I had some leftover bobby-pins,...

Study on : The Maxson Family

Introduction:

Recently I’ve created a character only so that I could explore the Wasteland and discover everything there is to discover about it. I entered the Citadel, went to the Archives room and activated a terminal containing valuable information regarding the Maxson Family. On the following topics I’ll post everything I discovered about it, along with small maoni of mine. The information in this makala contained may au may not be the same as in the kuba Wikipedia, although I don’t really care (and want to learn kwa myself about Fallout’s history)....

I think cheats are very useful, but sometimes they cause glitches. Anyway, that isn't the point. If wewe are having trouble with the game, then wewe should use cheats. If you're not having trouble stop reading. If wewe use cheats already and are having trouble, this makala is not for you. Here are some of the most helpful, working cheats:
•advlevel - Level up your character one level
•GetQuestCompleted - Complete current quest
•getXPfornextlevel - Gain one level
•help - orodha all console commands
•modpca Y X - Add points to your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats (Y = stat type, X = amount)
•modpcs Y...

What type of weapon should wewe use: Small guns au energy weapons?
Well, Energy Weapons are certainly zaidi commonplace in the Capital Wasteland than the Small Guns. Sure, both are very easy to find, but the easiest type of weapon to find are the energy weapons, with the Laser Pistol available early on at the Super Duper Mart. Protectrons and robots are easy sources of energy weapon ammo, as well as the Enclave and Brotherhood of Steel. Energy weapons are kwa far most accurate, durable, and have higher criticals.
Small guns, in the other hand, are significantly zaidi powerful. A conventional Assault...

A good way of stealing good weapons, chemicals, clothes and crappy chakula in Fallout 3 without needing to hide yourself and rely on your Sneak and Lockpick skills, is kwa going to Rivet City's market.
Of course wewe will lose Karma if wewe steal things, but i'll explain how to alleviate that over time. Now, to steal anything publicly displayed on the stalls: Grab the object (grab it, don't press A and take it into your inventory, obviously. It's when wewe "levitate the object"...you know how to do that, right?) and take it to any shadowy part of the market, where your status is "hidden". There is...
