How do u get medals?

On The Legend of Zelda club, I ilitumwa lots of thing and people rated my stuff and it put me on the "Best Contributers" thing and it's not giving me a medal. I saw lots of people getting new medali and I'm wondering how they got those medals. I only have 1 medal and can someone please help me?
